Came here for an intake manifold runner control, Drew obtained the part basically instantly, and was humble to give credit to his boss Sara, so I thank Sara who has a great team and drew who obtained the part with no hesitation or no delay

AutoZone employee said I couldn’t work on my vehicle in the parking lot when there policy states that you CAN, but you CANNOT DO FLUID changes and threatened to call the cops. When I tried to call there managers neither answered their phones.

I went in to buy an air filter, I had no idea what size I needed or how to put it in. The guy who was working (I wish I knew his name) beard, hat kind of a southern accent. This guy was so helpful, he found me the right size… then he came out to my car and put it on for me! In this day & age that kind of customer service is so rare.

Not long after using my debit card at this AutoZone, I had bogus transactions posting to my account. Not sure what's going on here but be careful. I didn't use my card for days and only hours after making a purchase, my bank account was hit. Skimmer? Just saying be careful.

People are helpful that work there. Why I give it 3 stars? Is because I have had to return quite a few parts either defective or I think people are returning used parts back in original box and when I go to buy a new part there, it is actually a used part. I was told that it happens alot at these stores. AutoZone should not be allowed to return parts from customers and put them back on there shelves. Also, all new parts should be plastic sealed so you know your getting a new part, it's happens even on brake pads. They were installed and taken off and returned. Now I look at all my parts before I leave the store. If it looks a little used to me I ask for another or I won't buy. It's hard to get good quality parts anymore, anywhere. Dealership we know is stealership. 5 times more cost....

I really appreciated the outstanding service from Billy. My car had died and he took the time to help and run tests with the ignition, alternator, and th battery. His thoroughness patience and explanation and willingness to help were very appreciated especially given the many activities going on and weather. Thank you Billy and Autozone!!
