Went here to get a gift for a friend. Good looking store, however I’ve never felt so beat up in a retail store like this. Every single person that I walked by who worked there asked me if they could help me, it got very frustrating after the 4th time only being in the store less than 5 mins. I went home and ordered my products online, because I actually had the opportunity to look at the products without someone hovering over me. I went back to the store to pick up my items, and got bombarded again. Great products but I won’t be going back. Really sad because the people are nice that work there, just too pushy

The service was great and the staff were very helpful. Jess and Tracy went above and beyond to help me find all my items and helped me find additional similar items based on what I already had in my cart. Another employee, not sure of her name, greeted me at the front of the store and also helped me find items on my list. Will definitely be back to shop for essentials and classroom items. 10/10!

Jessica at Exton Store is amazing!!!
She is an all star employee who went above and beyond to take care of my mom purchase and price matched it for her.
She did not rush us and made sure we were happy with our purchase and price.
We love her for her professionalism and customer service.

I had to ask for assistance finding products after walking around for a good 20 mins on my own while 3 cashiers stood by the registers with no line of customers. It seemed as though I was bothering them when I asked for help. Never had bad customer service like that at other bath and body works stores. I won't go back to that location.

The employees are so Customer Service Friendly! My go-to place for my smell goods. I have fun shopping there picking & choosing the hand sanitizers to testing all the wonderful scents, it's fun. It's always neatly organized which makes it extra nice!

The staff on the floor inviting & appreciative that customers are coming in spending money. The cashiers.....whew chile get rid of them. Unfriendly with attitudes. I know retail can be exhausting BUT didn't you apply for this?

They are very rude in this store! Went in yesterday and got the things I wanted. Placed it on the counter, handed the girl my coupons and she looks at me and says the system is down we can't accept your coupons. She was very snotty about it. I just walked out.

I ordered a candle holder through the app. I received an “order received” email, shortly followed by an “order confirmed” email. The next day, I received an email that my order was cancelled due to a payment error. I attempted to reorder the candle holder, but the app said it was sold out.
Prior to ordering online I checked availability at stores local to me in PA and a family member in NJ with no stores having inventory. I again confirmed no store inventory when trying to reorder.
I called the customer service line, and they said there was nothing they could do. They could not even tell me what the payment problem was. I used my credit card, which I regularly use and have never had an issue like this before.
Historically, I have never successfully received a complete order through the app. If I buy a quantity of items, at least one thing will be unavailable, which I am notified of several days after placing my order.
I love B&BW body products and scents. The mobile/online platform consistently leaves me with a bitter taste in my mouth.

Today my daughter walked in and asked for help, and the workers told her they can’t help her at all because they don’t speak spanish! How inconvenient!! Then they proceeded to laugh at her behind her back as she walked around the store.

Horrible treatment to workers. My cousin has been kept overtime for weeks in a row without compensation. He is a part time worker and in college. He will be quitting and we will never take our service there again. My mother runs the Sephora across town and will be telling every customer to take their service elsewhere.
