“I’m a customer from Canada and was ready to buy a lot of tree bolts for my treehouse project. After taking advantage of the free virtual meeting / consultation, the staff advised me that my trees were too small and I needed to modify my plan so that my treehouse would be safe. This resulted in a substantial order being cancelled so I am very grateful to the staff for their honesty. I will likely be shopping here again for accessories once my project gets to that stage.
