“Customer service was great. Our rental was great. Highly satisfied with the cars safety features, comfort, durability, and smooth ride. Not great on gas, but would sacrifice for all other attributes. Plenty of options to take advantage of to add to your peace of mind during rental period. Would Highly recommend, and would utilize this facility for a future rental. Competitive pricing. Very satisfied.”

“I came to John L Smith and Affordable Car Rental when my car had to go into the shop to get a new engine. I was without a car for almost a month. Right away I was welcomed in at Affordable Car rental. They were so accommodating, asked me what day I got paid and that they would withdraw the weekly Payments for the rental each week on that day. They would send me a personal phone call double check with the amount and ask if it was OK to withdraw, which for being a single mother with only one income, extremely helpful. They were very helpful with any questions I had And explained everything thoroughly. They have a customer for life.”

“Jazel and Lala were a huge help with returning my car. The process was quick and easy and they helped me resolve and issue I had with the rental. They were really friendly and welcoming. I’m only in the area once a year but will consider this location in the future because of their service. There also a gentleman working, I did not interact with him but he was also being friendly and helping another guest. The three of them made for a great experience and atmosphere.”
