I visit this branch pretty regular and have always had a great experience. Usually someone standing in the lobby asks if they can help me as soon as I walk in the door. But if that person is busy I just go right to the teller and there is never a long wait. The tellers have also always been very friendly. I actually went here just to cash a check and ended up moving two business accounts to Chase. I’m very happy with them.

Tried calling local branch multiple times and it's hard to get through to anyone. Customer service has really gone down hill both regionally and nationally. Whether it be sending wires or setting up new accounts-given the run around and it was hard to find the timely help I needed.

Amazon really crapped the bed letting Chase manage their financials. Received an Amazon Chase card.. nothing but issues. Couldn't activate it for days. Now they don't have my social security number (amazing, I needed it a hundred times to get the card and finally activate it,) and require me to drive over an hour to a physical location to validate it. Wow! Brilliant.

Trying to call the branch phone number and prompts direct you to addressing your issues online. Pressing the prompt to speak to someone gets no answer. Was looking to transfer to this branch but the lack of any in person response by phone is not acceptable. Service is not even poor, -you can not get any service.

Fantastic Service! As small business owners my husband and I chose to open an additional account with this Branch, so glad we did! Steve was So accommodating to our individual needs. He was kind, patient, and passionate about helping us get the most out of the options available to us. He even went above and beyond by ensuring we received a promotion we had been previously offered. Have used several banks for business and this was by far one of the best! In my experience, the service you receive depends largely on your demeanor and your own attitude.Read a previous negative review that could have caused us to question coming here (if we had read it prior to our visit) so we felt it was important to give our honest experience relating to those complaints. While unprofessional behavior is never acceptable, no one wants to be treated like "The help." So if you come in with an attitude because you feel you may have a little change in your pocket, expect to be treated the way you treat others. They're not servants, they deserve to eat lunch too ? Please note, I'm a "Mixed" nationality woman, so the theory that they are gender or racially partial wasn't our experience either. Best wishes everyone, please remember to stay humble and kind. These reviews can cost someone their livelihood, so important to think before we speak.

The most unprofessional behavior that I've have ever experienced in banking. Condescending tone and an arrogant attitude from a male service person. Not sure how these people keep their jobs. Advice, do not make an appointment and drive over an hour to meet timely...they simply tell you that they have lunch and that's that. Oh, after you wait 15 minutes while he discusses vacation plans. We are told rudely that no one else can help and then someone does. Atlas, I suspect sexism as well.....very obvious. Do not go here! I did express my displeasure.
