“Good to go for fast refunds on online shopping, but their stock never seems to have the sizes I need to exchange. It's often messy, and some staff are great while others are aloof”
“Staff are always super friendly. Nice selection in the store. However, if you receive a gift and try to return it without a receipt, you can return it that day and need to spend it right there. Don't really like that policy. You can order online and have it shipped to the store. I think they need to have parking outside for pregnant moms.”
“I just purchased a commuter coat from lands end & I have to say it is wonderful! It’s extremely cold here in PA. The coat keeps me really warm. I have to take my dogs out multiple times a day & this coat has made it a lot less terrible. It’s well made & I like the color. Having the hood is great too. Keeps my neck warm. All in all it is a great coat.”
