Brought my Audi RS 5 in for a snow tire swap. Snows were already mounted on wheels, so it was a simple job, which shouldn't have taken over an hour, but it took double that. Pricing was OK though, far less than my Audi dealer would have charged. Overall, I was pleased with the service, but it could have been faster.

Ebainbridge was very helpful with telling me the problem prior to testing my battery. I was excited to find out I did not need a starter or alternator that was suggested by another business, I only needed a new battery.
CJ’s is a honest and trustworthy business. The employees including technicians were professional and very courteous. Thank You C & J !

Kevin was wonderful to work with. He knew what he was talking about and was very professional. He clarified my questions well about the tire and the wheel issue I went for.
I had to talk to two other associates during the time my car was there. The first person frowned as soon as I asked a question. The second person, when asked if insurance will cover the tire replaced because of the accident, said I cannot claim the other three tires only when one was involved. Totally irrelevant.
The work took longer. Kevin mentioned that that parts were incorrect and hence the back and forth.
Someone must have checked the car when it came in. They left some grease marks on the car. Unable to upload pics from some reason.

One of tires had a slow leak. CJ’s tire took my car in the morning and 4 brand new tires were done before noon the same day. Explained clearly what I needed and priced reasonably. Very happy with the service.

Just stopped in for a free rotation. The manager saw me and personally took care of my vehicle in the best interest of getting me out in 20 minutes. Kudos Alex!

Walked in and had 4 tires replaced in less then 90 minutes on a hot day without an appointment and them being shorthanded(so it seemed)overall great experience

Don't go here if you have nice wheels on your car. I had 4 tires put on and they ruined our wheels with dings and scrapes. Also, they said they could do a Tesla 4 wheel alignment and when we came to pick up the car they said they were unable to do it with their alignment rack. This is a hack tire place. Don't bring a nice car here.
