I’ve only been to the pharmacy once and won’t ever come back. I have a sailor mouth at times too but not whenever I’m at work in front of patients/customers. These people just seem so miserable and really need to find another job if this is their reality every day.

This CVS has the worst customer service—from the rude white male employees to the woman with short black hair who acts like helping customers is a chore. But the last straw was seeing products on the shelf covered in dirt. Why are you selling dirty merchandise? Completely unacceptable and disgusting.

Henry Kim was very rude and rushed me off the phone so he can go on break his words. Also is the pharmacy manager and told me he will no longer fill my prescription. First review was deleted will be calling corporate. Shame on you did my answer my questions that I had and wanted to argue over the phone what an embarrassment and example for the other employees I can only imagine how he talks to his colleagues.

Website says they are open til 10 but forgets to mention the pharmacy closes at 7. CVS you are a pharmacy, post the hours you can assist people at the pharmacy counter!

If you're a diabetic, stay away from this CVS. The pharmacists all are miserable here too. You can't even call and talk to a human anymore, it's ridiculous. I gave them a chance to be better but they only got worse. I changed pharmacies.

We went to CVS to capture my 3
Year old's passport photo. She has autism so we were apprehensive about it. Mind you the FedEx down the street refused to take her photo.
Long story short Michael was the associate who helped us. I cannot say enough about how understanding, helpful and calm he was. He took his time and was willing to snap a ton of photos to assure we got one. What a compassionate guy! We need more Michaels! Thank you again!

Being rude is a quality to work at the pharmacy!! These people are not friendly at all, and they not helpful. Today I walked in at 9:20 (they open at 8am) to try get Covid and flu vaccinated, since they advertised it on their website and everywhere, the lady there who was not the pharmacist I guess, ( pharmacist told me that he was not going to be there today) was very rude when I asked to get the shot and she was NO NO NO NO, we just opened, I can give you the shot around 1pm… so it means that they don’t take walk ins as they advertise… very rude staff and unprofessional. Sad that our health is in these kind of humans hands…

The people in the pharmacy are rude and ignorant. They treat you like they’re doing you a favor when in reality we’re doing them a favor by using their store. I stood there for almost 15 minutes and they wouldn’t even acknowledge me. Then with their ignorant attitude making me feel like they’re doing me a favor. Don’t they realize that people’s health rely on them filling the prescription? And it wouldn’t hurt to smile and be pleasant. If you’re not happy with your job, find another one!

I had a terrible experience with the pharmacist at CVS pharmacy in Exton at w Lincoln hwy I called to check if my medication was in stock, and the pharmacist was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of helping me, they abruptly hung up on me during the conversation. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as medication. I will be taking my business elsewhere and do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for reliable and respectful service.
