This is the worst cvs I have EVER visited. The store manager Andrew was very rude, disrespectful and impolite. He was shouting across the store because I had a bag and accused me of stealing when I wasn’t even in the store for two minutes. I wasn’t even able to look at any products. He is so unprofessional I don’t understand how cvs hires someone like this. As a manager there’s a way you deal with things. And shouting at a customer in front of other customers is NOT how you handle any situation. I’ve been to this cvs before and he had never said anything to me. But this time it felt like he was showing off in front of his other coworkers.

The pharmacy team here is absolutely terrible. I called last week and asked for the availability of a medication, was told “it’s on back order” and they immediately hung up. Today I called to have that “back ordered” prescription transferred and the pharmacy told me they don’t do transfers and the doctor just needs to send a new prescription to Caremark.. I’ll absolutely not have any more of my medication sent here.

I had a question about where to find an item within the store and this employee took about 3 minutes to even acknowledge me when I stood there and kept saying “excuse me”… she was to engaged in a chit chat with a friend of hers who I guess was also visiting the store. When I finally raised my voice to say “hello”, I got a dirty look instead but still no “may I help you?”Is this where the customer service is at in almost 2024? This woman/employee looked to be about retirement age- I surely expected a lot more from someone from her generation.The kicker was she said the store didn’t carry the item I was looking for but I found it myself anyway. She didn’t seem to care when I confronted her. Just awful.

Aggressive, rude, and heartless pharmacist with shoulder-length brown hair and glasses.Called to expedite prescription for my husband who is post-op. Called back over an hour later when prescription was still not ready for pick-up. Very rude pharmacist chuckled at me and said “well are you going to let me fill it? I’m doing it right now” and hung up on me.I arrived and no one showed up to the window for almost 10 minutes. So I knocked on the window and the same lady (shoulder length brown hair and glasses) came over and said “I’m the only one working so you’re going to have to wait” and slammed the door. She came back five minutes later and said “I just lost a patient because of that.” What? She scoffed when I gave my name and said “you’re going to have to wait.” And slammed the door shut without helping me. She never came back to the window.Please be kind. Many of us are calling because we desperately need medications in a timely manner. In this case, I needed medication for my disabled family member who’s in a ton of pain, and I was racing to pick up my daughter from childcare. I’m not trying to inconvenience anyone, simply dealing with an urgent need for a medication that was called in several hours ago.

What pharmacy closes their gate at 5pm??? Now without my medication and my sons because they didn’t update their hours online or post it anywhere besides a piece of paper on the gate, not cool cvs

Reeya was so kind and attentive. Despite working so hard in her job and doing inventory, she took the time to help me decide on makeup. Thanks to her I bought much more than I went into cvs to buy. She's so knowledgeable about makeup and honest. Another lady came to ask her questions and she went to help her then ran to do cashier duties then ran back to help me again. She's fabulous. Her manager was also very kind and assisted me with some coupons I had. She really showed that she cares about people and her job. The cvs itself is well stocked and has really cool items I haven't seen elsewhere. The night before, I got this gorgeous matte hair clip and a black crystal headband--neither of which I came in thinking to purchase. The salesman/manager was so kind to show me where some items were that I was looking for and I loved everything. He was busy stocking but also went out of his way to make sure I got helIm truly grateful for the fabulous staff and management at this location. Thank you!

It is New Years Day 2023 at noon and my battery died. I went inside and asked the manager if any employee could jump me. She said no. I said I have jumper cable and she still said no. Thankfully an employee, a teenage boy, standing next to her said that he could do it. She fumbled a bit and then let him help me. Not good customer service when you will let a guest sit outside your store with a dead battery and not help her. Shame on this manager

Pharmacy manager messed up a call in med from my Dr.Subordinate & I tried to fix it so I could get it today.The manager did not read computer communication.Instead of me getting the medicine, he gave it to another customer I was so itate, I called corporate on him.After 10 years I won't use them.anymore.

Not a very good Pharmacy experience. Went for a vaccine, and they not so kindly said I needed an appointment, Even though I was the only one at the pharmacy. I go to my car, schedule an appointment for 20 minutes later and they accept it. Seems like a waste of time to me if they could take me in 20 min why not just check me in? Every other cvs pharmacy I've been to has never done something like that. I usually go to a different pharmacy but this was the only one near me that had my vaccine.

Here is what this place looks like TODAY. Amazing how the Fall leaves are still here from a season ago. It appears to me vacuuming is not something this location does even seasonally.The restroom did NOT have soap (see photos of broken soap dispenser), no toilet paper and overall condition of the room was very unsanitary. I find it ironic given as soon as you walk out of the restroom area there are signs all over the walls advertising proper “Covid protocols” and such.

We just wanted to say a special thank you to Paul Vincent the pharmacist. We have a teen with anxiety about needles. Our first attempt at a booster the other day was not a success at another branch, but Paul helped our daughter through it so that she could get the shot in the end. He has a spectacular bedside manner that worked wonders for us. Thanks so much!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Been here 4 times and all for times my service was extremely slow. In store or drive through. 25 minutes in a drive thru, 45 minutes - 1.5 hrs in store! The pharmacist is a miserable man. There’s some nice techs they’re just painfully slow.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy. I waited outside the Drive up window for 20 minutes. I pushed the call button multiple times. No one ever came. I saw at least 3 employees and 1 even walked by and ignored me! I even knocked on the window.I had to call the store multiple times. I eventually got through to the front store. I explained that I had been waiting for 20 minutes and couldn’t go into the store with my child. She said they were short staffed and couldn’t operate the drive through window. I suggested that they put up a sign! She thought there was one. She was able to help me fill the Rx (thank you!) but when I got home we realized they shorted us 2 pills!If you use this CVS make sure to double check them! What a waste of time to sit there and then have to go back!I understand staffing shortages, but it wouldn’t have hurt to be kind and let me know the window was closed. To the man working in the pharmacy that just walked by the window, shame on you! Do better!

This is the WOOOOORRRSSSTTTT pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. They change their hours constantly without any sort of update or heads up, are closed all the time when they say they should be open, and send you 1000000 texts a day, BUT nothing important like the fact hours change/your RX is ready. Just constant 90 day refill texts even though your insurance almost NEVER wants you to do 90 day refills. The least helpful and least organized pharmacy in the area for sure.
