This has got to be the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with and unfortunately I have to at the moment. Nothing is ever ready when they tell you to come get it, the people (except for a few) are rude, they do not communicate and set proper expectations. Worst of all, they rob you of your time. I have very rarely walked in here and just picked up what they told me was ready to pick up. I do not like giving bad reviews but I feel like this one is necessary.

I don’t know who takes time to review pharmacies other than extreme experiences. So thought I’d share so that they get a fair shake. This place is fine. It’s a teenager cashier and a busy pharmacy . Go in with those expectations and you’ll be fine. They need to hire more people . I’ve never had a problem.

Never had a good experience. Changing locations today. Always hours/days behind, not pleasant, and ‘don’t receive’ scripts that have been called in.

Won't return to this store. Had encounter with rude staff member who didn't want to be bothered and treated me as an annoyance for dropping off a UPS package.

I AM DISABLED AND 70 YEARS OLD.

CHRISTIAN is warm, caring, kind, gentle and very PROFESSIONAL.
He looks out for me.....and, my service animal. ( HOLLY )
I feel VERY GRATEFUL !!! 🙏🌷🌈🎈😊

Yesterday, my doctor ordered eye drops at 7.30pm, and by 7.45 my eyedrops were ready and also received a voicemail within 10 minutes to pick up prescription. Best pharmacist ever. Keep up the good work. He also gave me couple of other recommendation for eye drops. Knowledgable and efficient service. Thank you so much.

Terrible. Waited in line for 30 minutes then they decided to close for lunch. The only reason I'M going there is because Rite Aid closed. CVS was terrible before that is why I changed. Ure worse now!!!!!!

I would not return to the CVS on Uwchlan Ave in Exton, PA. This store does not offer bags - I had to ask for one and then was told I would have to pay for it. The cashier was rude and unfriendly. She told me the price of the bag and then didn’t even offer me one.

While I was searching for a particular product, Tamika - a store representative - took it upon herself to inquire if I needed help in finding it after seeing me searching in vain. After not seeing the item on the shelf, she proceeded to check the online system to find out if it was in stock - which it was although not in the proper place in the storeroom. Whereas other individuals might have simply given up by not finding the merchandise, Tamika - who kept stating "I know I've seen it at this store" - searched high and low until she found it. Her tenaciousness and service acumen were greatly appreciated.

On a Friday morning, the managing pharmacist attempted to get me to pay out of pocket for a mistake one of her colleagues made. My health insurance had already covered the cost of the medication and they confirmed they covered it when I called them. But the pharmacy kept making mistakes and claiming my health insurance wouldn't pay for it. The head pharmacist was so arrogant to not encourage that the error on their part be corrected "saying it's only $36 if you want to pay out of pocket". She started to ignore me when I was talking to her with my insurance agent on the phone, and nobody was helping their struggling colleague to correct the error. (He was clearly new). The only reason I don't give this CVS 1 star is because I did have a good experience with the MinuteClinic. The low score definitely has to be here for the loud BAR music blasting through the store. It is unacceptable.

The pharmacy is joke! Takes days to fill prescriptions and they don't communicate the situation in any way. They close early all the time due to lack of staffing. I get that they can't make people work for them but they need to do more to get pharmacy techs and or pharmacists. I need my heart medication and I'm just left to wonder if, when and why.
