While I was searching for a particular product, Tamika - a store representative - took it upon herself to inquire if I needed help in finding it after seeing me searching in vain. After not seeing the item on the shelf, she proceeded to check the online system to find out if it was in stock - which it was although not in the proper place in the storeroom. Whereas other individuals might have simply given up by not finding the merchandise, Tamika - who kept stating "I know I've seen it at this store" - searched high and low until she found it. Her tenaciousness and service acumen were greatly appreciated.

On a Friday morning, the managing pharmacist attempted to get me to pay out of pocket for a mistake one of her colleagues made. My health insurance had already covered the cost of the medication and they confirmed they covered it when I called them. But the pharmacy kept making mistakes and claiming my health insurance wouldn't pay for it. The head pharmacist was so arrogant to not encourage that the error on their part be corrected "saying it's only $36 if you want to pay out of pocket". She started to ignore me when I was talking to her with my insurance agent on the phone, and nobody was helping their struggling colleague to correct the error. (He was clearly new). The only reason I don't give this CVS 1 star is because I did have a good experience with the MinuteClinic. The low score definitely has to be here for the loud BAR music blasting through the store. It is unacceptable.

The pharmacy is joke! Takes days to fill prescriptions and they don't communicate the situation in any way. They close early all the time due to lack of staffing. I get that they can't make people work for them but they need to do more to get pharmacy techs and or pharmacists. I need my heart medication and I'm just left to wonder if, when and why.

The minute clinic is the worst. The called the customer service to let them know that I will be few minutes late. O got there "Two" minutes late to find the door with the sign "Closed" waited few minutes. I checked in on the computer. Checked with the clerk at the counter to see whether the clinic is closed. By this a lady came out. Looked at the clock and said I am 10 min late.Bad customer service.Last year I went for the same service. The nurse practitioner was a nice person at that time.

Thank you so much for taking care of my PPD shot. I would like to especially thank Ms. Danielle Grande for being extremely informative and caring with all of my documentations and shot, as well as being patient. Good luck with everything!

Both CVS and UPS confirmed this is an access point for dropping off prepaid UPS packages. When I went in to drop off my packages like I have a dozen times before the associate there told me I wasn’t allowed to drop off and that they’ve never allowed drop offs. Incompetent and rude employees will ruin your business, just look at the other reviews here they paint an accurate picture.

My first time in CVS in Upper Uchland.my last time in U.Uchland it was then called Eagle and I was a new bride,we lived what is now a shopping center and CVS is across the road fro it, so I was going to do my errands there. Long story short, got home and in my bags was a added item, I DID not put on check out counter. Called the store and they said they would cal me back as soon as they checked the register.ONLY the person who called me back had no patience for someone who had difficulty because I only have one vocal chord so hard to be heard, she lost patience with me and hung up. Now what is my resource for having an expensive product that I didn’t want. ? ?

Dont go to this place. Specially for minute clinic. We had a appointment at 2.55 n we checked in at 2.53 but they canceled our appointment by saying that someone else checked in at 2.51. We end up loosing other appointments slot as well.

I booked a rapid test for my husband. He went in, the pharmacist gave him Mucinex and asked him to buy an at home kit and sent him away... What the hell?

This CVS is the worst pharmacy in the area. If I could give them ZERO stars ✨ I would. They never answer the phones, are ignorant and rude. I've transferred all of my prescriptions to the Rite Aid on Eagleview Blvd. They recognize me, they are nice and appreciative of the business. They are pleasant and NOT rude. And CVS continues to text me that I have prescriptions ready to pick up. I'm going to block text messages from CVS as SPAM!!! And I'm also going to block ALL CALL from CVS.

Prescription put in on Friday. Was told that it was ready for pickup Saturday. Go to the window - sorry this won’t be in until Tuesday afternoon. Will not transfer the prescription to another location that has my meds. Wait until Tuesday afternoon but no one can be bothered to pick up the phone at the pharmacy in the the four times that I called. Wednesday morning I finally get someone on the phone. Meds were not delivered. Maybe this afternoon though. Maybe. You know I need this medication daily, right? The tech on the phone could not care less. Try not lying to me about availability. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and I’ll be leaving this location permanently. Good luck.

Horrendous customer relations. Went for a covid booster and didn't have my initial covid shot card that CVS provided. You'd have thought this was the end of the world the way the nurse acted. Completely rude. Stuck my arm out of anger. When asked to print something to show proof of my booster, I was told this was a problem. When pressed, the "nurse" hit print and took all of 30 seconds, but acted completely annoyed. What a horrible experience this was. In a country torn over getting the booster shot, shouldn't CVS make this as pleasant of an experience as possible? Avoid this store at all costs.

I would give them a negative 5 star. I had a prescription sent to CVS Target Eagleview which I did not know was temporarily closed. I then had my prescriber send to RiteAid. CVS then billed my insurance company for the medication and I finally found out it was this CVS who had done it. Then they never answered phone and when I went over they were either closed during times stated they were open or pharmacist was doing “only vaccines” and wouldn’t do anything related to pharmacy. I went to three other CVS’s in the area and had almost exact experience. The vaccinations are CVS’s only priority and they make a lot of money from them. They say they are short staff at each location yet there was a small sign (you had to look for it) for getting a job but there was huge signs about all the vaccines they could give you!The one pharmacist I actually saw was running around trying to fill prescriptions/give vaccines/take calls & do register. CVS is risking the pharmacists licenses by asking them to do to many different jobs. CVS hires nurses. Have a nurse doing vaccinations since CVS says they offer 15 different ones & they all need appointments. Have one of the two cashiers for front of store help with register in pharmacy. Instead there is chaos at CVS pharmacies around this area.

Short Staffed - waited on line for 9 min and then 31 min to talk to pharmacist. Had to call the store and spoke with Store Mgr. The only way they are filling scripts is thru DRIVETHRU only because they are short staffed. I suggested that they should have a recording on their system to let people know.
