Worst CVS pharmacy experience. The pharmacist VINUTHA is awful, she is ridiculously rude and most unprofessional person working at CVS pharmacy. Very condescending. I filed complaint with CVS customer service and Target. AVOID this terrible woman and this horrendous pharmacy. She is also rude talking to her coworkers. She surely needs a major attitude adjustment and lesson on social mannerisms.

Staff always helpful. Pharmacists Vinutha, long the heart of the operation far as I am concerned, and Ryan are caring and knowledgeable. Plus, the Target location provides one-stop shopping for busy spouse caregivers.

Extremely unhelpful and rude pharmacy staff. There was an issue with my RX not being received (even after the Dr.s office sent it 3 times). The Dr called and spoke with someone with a British accent telling the Dr. That they couldn't accept the RX over the phone. When I told the pharmacist tech this she (and all others there) swore they didn't talk to anyone. My family will be using Walgreens or mail order before we ever use CVS again

Walked into the minute in thorndale, the nurse on duty 17/04/24 was not available, she locked herself up in the office claiming to be finishing her break but she had no patients . I got there at 10:30 and made an appointment for 11:50…arrived at 11:30 by 12:00pm she wasn’t ready to work. Went to the CVS at 201sunrise Blvd on the 19/04/24 and found the nurse available and ready to work and very pleasant.

Ryan went above and beyond to help with a script today. He's a great person and asset to the pharmacy team.\nThank you, Ryan!

I’ve read some of the negative comments. It’s not really the fault of the people that work here. CVS is a horribly-run pharmacy chain (unbiasedly). The company squeezes profit on workers, so every CVS I’ve seen since the pandemic is understaffed and has cut hours. So again, this particular location IS bad, but not as bad as the CVS across the street and every other poorly-run CVS pharmacy.

Went in at 9:10 am, they opened at 9am. Walk ins for flu shot signs are posted all over. One person in front of me. Pharmacist said they were “too busy to give flu shots, they just opened” and that I would need to come back after 10:30, pharmacist said “walk ins are not accepted till after 10:30”. That wasn’t stated online or on signs. she took the gentlemen in front of me and had him seated for flu shot after changing her mind and said she can take him (he was a walk in too) , but said I needed to come back. I don’t understand the picking and choosing of who can get their flu shot. Unprofessional and odd situation.

The pharmacists at the CVS inside the Target on Sunrise Blvd in Exton, PA are wonderful people and very good at what they do. They are always very helpful and courteous and process my prescriptions quickly. I really recommend going there to get your medications filled.

Ever since CVS took over this pharmacy they have been terrible. I canceled a vaccination appointment because the representative was so rude. I recommend you avoid using this pharmacy at all costs.

I just returned from this Target based CVS. I was recommended by my doctor of 20+ years to get the Prevnar 20 pneumonia vaccine. I arrived to be told by the pharmacists, who I met for the first time, that I should be getting the Pneumovax 23 as that is what the CDC recommends for people under 65. Based on my own research, which aligns with my doctor's recommendation, the Prevnar 20 lasts longer and there is evidence it protects better against the 20 strains. The pharmacists would not give me the vaccine my doctor recommended, with a less than friendly tone, an attitude. Note, there is nothing preventing receiving either version, it is just a CDC recommendation.

Please have CVS pull the current female pharmacist here in Exton; beyond rude and unhelpful, unprofessional and disorganized. After closing for lunch while I was in line, I waited until they reopened. Pharmacist said she didn’t have my prescription. A local pharmacy was to transfer my Rx here several hours before because this pharmacy honored the GoodRx membership I have. Pharmacist would not answer my questions, did not offer to help and ripped up the paperwork they faxed to her from the local pharmacy. I also heard her tell another customer that she should have called in her Rx sooner because they were so busy. Note this was around 2 pm and the pharmacy was open until 8 pm.
