Truly disrespectful and unprofessional management. Made a simple product pickup (with needed partial refund) nearly impossible and entirely unpleasant. Team acts as though they have better things to do, and like processing pickups and refunds are well outside of their professional duties. They were even rude on the phone with corporate when we called them to confirm how we would receive our partial refund for items not received (because the store management would not process the refund on their end).
On top of that, I should’ve taken pics because this store is a disaster. Shelves empty and messy, boxes of items and carts for boxes strewn throughout the store posing a trip hazard at EVERY aisle.
Rather than addressing any of these multiple hazards and eyesores for customers, management stands there blowing up balloons when the balloon cage is already overflowing, and where a single cashier is left to ring up the people in the store on her own.
Corporate was wonderful to deal with, helpful and professional.
This store, however, should be under new management effective immediately.

Rather disappointed because this place closed 12 minutes early for no apparent reason the one day that I came all prepared to get a few things and return a few things!I will now have to waste time coming back another day. Arrived at 8:48pm and saw the worker locking a customer out as they left. The identifying lights on the building were also failing and it's in kind of a dark parking lot so they might want to at least replace the lights so people can find them when they're actually open...part of the reason I wasn't earlier. I knocked and no one answered in fact I couldn't even see anyone so they were apparently already off the floor. 12 min early.I think it's important for consistent customer service of nationwide chain stores that they stay open consistently to accommodate the posted hours, cuz everyone is busy. In general, I'm very favorable to Dollar Tree for many products, but I didn't appreciate the time wasting (for me, a paying customer) antics for this location.

This dollar tree is in the Exton area on Pottstown pike closer to exton produce junction. This is usually a dollar tree setup with good value for the moneyThe parking is shared and ample. Store as such is moderate size but has the stuff you need on a dollar tree. I was looking for party items and the selection is good. Checkout is quick and friendly.!!!

BEST Dollar Store by far!Always neatly stocked and clean with good customer service. Also its huge!I drive out of my way to go to this one. Love it! Keep doing what you do! I appreciate it!Only complaint would be they charge for bags which we ALL KNOW IS JUST A RIP-OFF!
