I had never used a gym before, but age has brought me to a time of need. So, I chose Driven due to some other recommendations by friends. This is not a gym filled with gym rats and muscle heads. This is a comfortable, welcoming, and encouraging environment used by people that want a sensible, safe, and guided workout to help you look, feel, and perform better in life. The instructors are very encouraging and will teach you exactly how to use a gym properly and safely.I never thought I would say this, but after going to Driven for 4 months, I actually look forward to going!Give it a try!

Rory, John and the rest of the team at Driven are fantastic! I highly recommend them for your health/fitness/strength goals. They have helped me to strength train. If you are interested in getting healthier I highly recommend you give the gym a try. The atmosphere is also great!

Every day of training is aligned with my personal goals. The staff is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Members and staff are always welcoming. This environment is perfect for a first time or as a seasoned athlete. The members and staff make it family friendly with a focus on strength and conditioning.

I joined Driven just over a year ago - love the atmosphere, the individual attention given in each session, and the varied workouts to keep it interesting. I am constantly challenging myself and have see.a huge difference in strength, flexibility and mobility….all so important at my age. I also appreciate the goal-setting and monitoring meetings which makes a difference in how I approach each new session. Highly recommend.

Andrew has taught me a lot in just 5 sessions. I was struggling with my form in squats in the beginning. My the end of the 5th session, I felt more confident with my form! Overall great experience!

We’ve been really impressed with the programming at Driven. Our 11yo son joined for middle school athletics training and conditioning this past Spring, and he loves it (constantly asks when his next session is or if we can add sessions). He’s made noticeable gains in strength, speed and agility, but more importantly, his confidence both on the field and off seems to have improved substantially in just a short period of time. I’d recommend Driven to any family - from those looking for an edge in their sport(s) to those looking to improve overall health and self-esteem.

Driven has been my strength training home for YEARS! I have been training here since it first opened.... maybe 2016. I'm not sure. They do a great job from goal setting and reviewing, to training, to keeping me on the road running. Rory and John are very knowledgeable. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! Highly recommend for adults and athletic kids. Training is second to none!

I appreciate an understanding of the science behind the motor movements, and the importance of doing each activity correctly. For example “pull back your shoulders to maximize this movement “or “move more slowly, down on a count of 3, to get more out of this exercise”. The coaches and trainers at Driven are licensed, experienced and highly knowledgeable about exercise science. Their coaching and instruction teaches me what to focus on during exercise for each muscle group. It allows me to to get the most from the program. It prevents me from getting injured. I truly enjoy being guided by a great coach who holds you accountable and helps you to maximize your results.

Since joining Driven, I have been able to get stronger with better technique. I mostly work with John in the morning, he is a wealth of fitness knowledge and good people.

Driven Strength and Fitness has been a game changer for me! John is the best fitness coach I have ever had. He pushes me when needed and he’s right there by my side to make sure my form is good so I don’t get injured. John is very attentive to all the people in the class and offers customized feedback and modifications. His coaching in a group setting is even better than personal one on one coaching I’ve received over the years.

Rory, Andrew and the team is great. Before driven it was hard to get my son to workout at home. He now looks forward to coming in to driven twice a week. He now asks me when are we going back to driven to work out. We just completed our first month and are looking forward to next month.

The Staff is very helpful and willing to adjust workouts to your abilities.Adult group sessions are supervised for proper technique and form. Goal reviews keep you on track for the results you are looking for.Clientele are welcoming and supportive.

Been going here for 3 months and love it. Classes are small and fellow members are super nice and light-hearted. It's nice not having to think and just show up but also being forced to be disciplined so you actually build strength. Staff is great and music ain't bad either.
