Our plans changed, and I literally called last minute to see if we can pick up the car before they close, and they accommodated us. The staff is friendly and efficient. They explain everything clearly, so there are no surprises. We enjoyed our vacation, and it's partly because Enterprise made it hassle free to pick up the car and drive away. Will definitely be back!

Let me start by saying I rent with Enterprise several times a month. Each rental is usually only for the day.
I needed a last minute, Sunday rental and was able to find the Axton PA location open until 12:00pm. The problem was it was 11:52 and only a few minutes away from the branch. Calling the location prior to arrival, driving another 5 minutes and walking out of the office was completed by 12:06pm.
Thank you Enterprise for being so flexible on my last minute booking and also at closing time on a Sunday!
The whole staff was professional and friendly, just like at all other locations I rent from

I think this location stays pretty darn busy, so just be aware if you're trying to get something last minute that could potentially be a challenge.
I had booked a few weeks ahead of time for a trip, and picked up on a Saturday morning. The staff members were all friendly, and really hustling to try to get everyone in-and-out as quickly/painlessly as possible. I got on the road without any trouble, and the return process was just as easy. I'll use this spot next time I need a rental.

I placed reservation for a "Premium" car rental, for my brother to drive a long distance to attend our daughter's wedding. I arranged for the pickup location to be near him, so he could get an early start. Not only was the car not available for him at the Downingtown location, but the car that showed up was not the AUDI or BMW premium car that was promised. He had to take it, as time was short. I was very disappointed, about not getting what I paid for. So beware, we've been burned 2 times by this car rental company, the next time I'll use some other company. Lesson LEARNED!

Yesterday was hotter than Satan's armpit. The manager and staff made my day better with outstanding customer service. This is my go-to car rental place in Exton and I highly recommend that you give it a try. ?
