Can’t ask for a better experience. From pickup to drop off always expedited and enjoyable. I drive past other Enterprise locations to specifically go to the Exton office because I’m treated better. They are courteous and helpful.

I wasn't expecting much when I had to get a rental due to a car accident, but their excellent service and the vehicle exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend renting from Enterprise in Exton!

Really great experience in Exton at Enterprise Rent-A-Car got there quarter of six. Sean was our representative. Nice. Nice young guy. Very professional. Got in and out in no time at all and got a Buick just similar to the one that I have. So happy about that

I went to rental enterprise Rent-A-Car for a rewrite of a monthly contract of $1800. I asked a couple questions and a young lady was speaking real fast rude really didn’t wanna bother with asking the questions and barely wanted to vacuum my car out. I think she need to work on her social skills or keep a personal problems and Phil is at home.

My experience was not so great. I booked a car on a Thursday evening never got it. I had to book again on Friday. Its little frustrating when they say booking is confirmed but without notification cancelling is not fun. But Friday experience was good.

We had an excellent experience at the Exton location. Not only did they help us when we needed an extension, there was no hassle or headache involved. They made the entire experience very enjoyable and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again should the need arise!

I was sitting for eight hrs at the mechanic shop. Then, I learned a needed part which wouldn't be in until the next day! It took about 10 minutes for Auto Lenders and Enterprise to get me a 24-hr loaner vehicle.Brendan picked me up at AL, expressed empathy for my situation, explained my rental options, and walked me through the contract. He helped connect my phone to the car's charging port and paired it to the nav system. He patiently explained all the car's unique features. I got home safely and was able to leave the rental back at AL the next day.Brendan's work ethic paired with simple kindness helped subdue a very stressful situation for me. Thank you, Enterprise of Exton!(My apologies if his name is misspelled.)

Enterprise rental option is always the best! They give me the rental options according to my trip and I had a great experience driving electric vehicle this time as it was a short trip! Special thanks to Robert Varvaro, Exton office and I definitely recommend this to all!

Excellent experience! Rented a minivan for a trip and car was perfect. In great condition and had everything we needed. Staff was amazing and fast- took maybe 5 minutes to pick car up. Then drop off was super easy, brought back at my convenience and put keys in drop box. Would highly recommend!!!

Mostly good. The cars are generally good cars and run perfect. Maybe if you are super fussy sometimes they might be not perfectly clean but I am not that sort so it doesn't bother me.For the most part the humans are very kind and helpful in the actual rental car building. It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone unless they call u.I have mostly good times with themThe CORPORATE office needs to be more mindful of sending them stuff that's broken. They also need to be mindful that if you reserve a specific sort of vehicle That is what you need , not just whatever they have left.
