Rose helped me get my vehicle registered in PA as a recently moved resident from out of state. She was helpful and patient, as I had a lot of issues come up while registering (including the first time, when I didn't bring my title with me). Quick process, took maybe 10 minutes all together. PA license plates look cool btw
