I’ve been saving this review for ages, but I think it’s the perfect time to share it after living in Exton Crossing for almost a year. Over the past 20 years, I’ve moved to five different states in two countries and lived in over a dozen rental properties. During that time, I started my own consulting business specializing in rental properties. Why not make money from something I love? My husband and I have lived in luxury New York City apartments, single-family homes, and multi-family apartment buildings all across the East Coast and Texas. But the only rental that truly feels like home is Exton Crossing. Even though we’re moving into our first home soon, we can’t imagine any place being as nice as it is here. The community is so welcoming and friendly. The maintenance team, leasing associates, and property managers are always ready to help. We have taken advantage of the many community focused events with the latest being Santa pictures for our kids. I could go on and on about the positives, but the best way to experience the community is to come visit yourself!

I spent the past three years living in this community, and my experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff has always been helpful and accommodating. The apartment was top notch with features. The neighborhood is very welcoming. The community is also in the perfect geographic location to so many things - great area to live. Cannot recommend Exton Crossing more!

Have been working with Nicolette for over a year now and this property for the past 4-5. She is a pleasure to work with, very up front and honest. Communication is a major plus with her she’s never difficult to get ahold of and very responsive. Looking forward to many more years of working with them, top notch.

Love it here! All of the office and maintenance staff are very friendly, helpful and respectful. The grounds and pool area are very clean and well maintained. The office has great things going on all of the time that get the residents and their pets involved.

I recently moved into an apartment at Exton Crossing and I love it!! The apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained. The amenities are amazing - I think the pool might be olympic size, and the gym has everything I needed to give up my expensive membership elsewhere! Having a washer & dryer right in the unit makes doing the wash so easy. The rental agent was really nice and patient with me when I wanted to view one of the units a second time. She was also knowledgeable and helpful about navigating the community - very conveniently located! I'm home!!

Living at Exton Crossing for the past three years has been the best experience. My dog, Latte, loves all of the green space and the landscaping is beautiful. The space is well-maintained, and all of the office/maintenance staff is professional and friendly. I have referred a few friends here so far and have no plans on leaving anytime soon!

I have lived in Exton Crossing back when it was first built and then again over the last few years. Feels more like a home than an apartment. People are great and beautiful location. Highly recommend. Private entryways are everything (Paula Frombach Brandl)

I rented a 1 bed room apartment for a year on the second floor. My experience over all was pleasant. The office staff & maintenance personnel were easy to get a hold of and friendly. The times I had to call or make a maintenance report were handled quickly. The complex is quiet and well maintained from where I was located. Plenty of parking and as a female living alone at the time I felt safe. I can’t say anything about amenities as I didn’t use them. There are lots of nice places to walk. Cons: they do allow people to smoke so it can smell inside apartments. It’s a busy highly trafficked area and people do speed. The doors aren’t insulated well and bugs come in. They also didn’t do very well with snow removal. Side walks were very icy.

My wife and I had a great experience from beginning to end for our short stay with our two dogs, we needed a 6 month lease while closing on our new home,and Exton Crossing was the perfect place.
The entire leasing staff were kind and helpful, and maintenance was efficient.
We've recommended some friends and their children look for apartments to Exton Crossing.

I've lived at Exton Crossing for almost two years. Its a beautifully managed property all of the office staff are extremely helpful and the maintenance staff are always professional and courteous. The apartments are very nice and the curb appeal is exceptional. Pool area and gym are a nice amenity with the community. The location is close to a variety of stores and shops as well as main roadways to West Chester and King of Prussia. I would highly recommend Exton Crossing to anyone looking for a quality apartment.
