Just got a pedicure, I was done in 15 minutes, even though I opted for basic pedicure, there was barely any soak, clean and massage. Felt rushed. I will never ever go back. There are better places out there. I wish I left no tip at all.

Bad, Bad, Bad...quality of work suck. I've tried nails refills and pedicure expensive and poor. My feet look like nothing has been done and the polish doesn't look even. Don't waste your money.

i’m so sad i came here twice before and they did a really nice job on my nails but i came today to get back to school nails and they don’t look anything like the picture i shower them. i don’t recommend this place if you’re looking for detailed nails and i probably won’t come here again

Unhappy. More than unhappy.

When do you get to leave a no stars review?
Quick. Sloppy. Dismissive. Rude.
Did not listen or care what was important to me.
All smiles and reassurance on the way in.
Acted as if he didn’t understand English on the way out.
Very dissappointing.
Go elsewhere.

I have been getting my nails done here for 2 months, I have been happy with all my service except doe this last time! The technician was rude, acted half annoyed I was put at his station. I asked him to him to file my nails, short, explained it was for my job. All of the other technicians I had were wonderful and did what I asked. This guy did not do that and only put one coat of polish. Not even 24 hours later my nail began chipping. For $65 plus a tip that should not happen, and there should be 2 coats of polish, every technician I had there put 2 coats on except this technician. Needless to say I won’t be back. I gave 2 stars because I do not think the other technicians I have had were bad, they were excellent.

I highly recommend Tammy for a manicure! I’ve been going to her for years and she consistently does an amazing job and is very lovely. I recommend her to everyone I know.

Have been coming here since it opened
2nd time with less than positive experience
Girl who did my nails complained about how I held my hands rolled her eyes every time she switched hands
Employees sitting next to me doing his nails and watching tv on his phone while another walked through salon eating
I’ve been getting my nails done for 35 years why duffle don’t I know what to do with my hands?!

This is literally the BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to and now that I’ve moved to Massachusetts I miss them so much!!!! It’s worth coming back for the day just to get my nails done here again. I seriously love this salon 💅

Nice salon, quick service. Was pleased with the end result of my nails, as was my mom who I went with. A few downsides…my mom did not really get a say in the color/design of her nails. She began to explain to her nail tech what she wanted and the nail tech just picked it out for her/seemingly was trying to rush through getting it done. My mom is very sweet and not much for saying something because she does not want to come off rude. She got a gel manicure. I on the other hand, wanted a dip manicure. I’ve been getting dip for over a year and I’m very familiar with the “normal” process of taking off old paint and applying new paint. My tech filed almost all the paint off, there was no soaking process. My nails are very healthy/well kept for the most part. He filed them so thin I could feel the heat from the filer. I also asked to have them cut down because I tend to grow them long. After filing my nails, the tech then proceeded to attempt to paint the dip polish on like you would acrylic…I stopped and asked why he was doing this because I asked for dip. So he stopped and filed the paint off again. I then had to remind him I wanted them cut, he was annoyed at this point and told me he was going to do that later. Not sure how you plan to cut nails after dip is applied? But i was starting to just pray in trusting the process because I did not want him to sabotage my nails further. Thankfully, they turned out okay at the end. I am worried come time to get them done again because of how thin my natural nail was filed down. When it was time to pay, the front desk person asked if I had gotten tips. I said no, these were my natural nails and I felt like she thought I was trying to lie about that for some reason. We paid $95 for both manicures and left $10 tips for each tech because ultimately we did like the end result of our nails. I’m not sure if it’s the time of year/amount of people coming to the salon…but I don’t think we will be coming back again after our first experience being below average.

Kept trying to love Happy Nails, will not be going back. This has been my nails salon for about a year and time after time I leave disappointed (a long time to put up with dissatisfaction I know, but benefit of the doubt, switching nail techs etc.) the prices seem to be made up on the spot, never ever the same even though my service never changes, last appointment the tech kept digging so deep into the side of my toe that I left bleeding (had to ask to for sanitation), my consistent nail tech has always made sly remarks but they’ve gotten worse and you’re genuinely made to feel as though you’re a burden for even sitting in the chair in the first place. Is it work place environment? More nail techs have left, less customers each time… Something going on behind the scenes leading to unhappy employees? Who knows but something isn’t right and I’m over it. Taking my consistent business to Delano Nail Spa in Malvern from now on.
