We rented an inside climate controlled unit to store belongings temporarily as part of a move. The staff was pleasant and efficient and the pricing was fair (no gimmicks just a straight forward monthly rental cost). Access by car is secure and easy as all units are street level. Hand carts are available if needed. Highly recommend if you have a need for storage.

CLEAN UNITS! I have rented storage elsewhere that has had mouse traps, other charming vermin & bug disposal systems in place. Exton Store-n-more has CLEAN units inside or outside that are maintained as renters turn over. All units are very accesible unless - you're right in the middle of the temperature-controlled areas. Then there is some walking to get to middle from either door at each end of the BUILDING. They provide small carts to help you at either entrance door which is very helpful. They also have late night hours for access if needed.
I would definitely opt for the temp-controlled units over the others if available - they are worth the extra $$ in the long run. Also, renting a unit on "off" times like late fall or winter will usually save you $$ at any storage site. Susie in the office is adorable, very helpful & knows the facility inside & out.
I would have given it five stars but for the fact the facility owner keeps raising the locker rent every (rental) year by $10 so far. My only complaint. :(

Very clean, great place, great staff. No weather , water or other issues because of the way the property and units were made. The best storage place I have ever used. They even have dumpsters available for all that stuff that you don't want to move again.

1. The back building flooded and overwhelmingly smells like an old musty basement. 2. The front office had zero problems expressing how anti-union they were and how “unions are the worse thing to happen to America.” If you’re a union person or pro-union, this is not the place to support.

Very disorganized business. Employees are incompetent. I have been locked out of my storage unit and my gate code has been deactivated on several occasions (only used the service for a little over a month) all whilst being a paying customer and never breaking any rules or being delinquent with payments. Have received random charges to my credit card , which I have had to dispute. Older gentleman Bruce has been extraordinarily rude and tried "Shooing" me, a paying customer away when I came to their office with a complaint. When you charge a premium price, customers expect to receive a no-frills premium service. You will not get a premium service here, and you'll likely have the same subpar experience that I did.

These folks are absolutely lovely. I've been renting from in and out of state for a couple years now and they are always so wonderful and helpful. Shout out to Suzie, the nicest lady ever!
