Nothing against the company itself, never worked with their cleaning team but they should teach their drivers to get off people’s tail when driving. There is absolutely NO reason to be in my backseat whilst going I’m going 60 in a 45 then proceeding to blow through a school zone in a COMPANY car at that. I know I was breaking the law and can admit my wrong but your drivers will actually kill someone or themself. Do better.

I don't usually leave long reviews, but EZ Pizzi deserves it!
I couldn’t be happier with their service. Their team is professional, thorough, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is spotless. I’ve been using them for monthly house cleanings for about a year now, and the quality has been outstanding every single time. They pay attention to the little details that really make a difference, and it shows in the results.
On one occasion, I felt something didn’t look quite clean enough, and they immediately came back to my house to make sure I was 100% satisfied. That kind of responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare, and it gave me complete confidence in their service.
Every visit leaves my home feeling fresh, organized, and cared for. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning.

Would never use again.
We paid $500 for an initial deep clean from EZ Pizzi Cleaning, and they ruined our stainless steel sink by scrubbing it with a stainless steel pad, leaving deep swirl scratches everywhere. I contacted the owner, Samantha Alyse, and she came out, saw the damage in person, and agreed it looked exactly like what I described.
She said she would take care of it and even agreed to cover a $525 sink replacement quote I found. When the replacement turned into a bigger job, I handled it myself with help from family. All I asked for afterward was $400 to cover labor — less than what she had already agreed to.
Instead of taking responsibility, Samantha refused, made excuses, and then blocked me when I sent an invoice.
Definitely not a company I’d trust in my home again.

We had a reached out to ezpizzi just a week before our open house ( moving to a diff country and things were moving fast) and Samantha did a great work of looking at the house through a video call and sent me an estimate right away. Her crew (4 ppl) arrived on time and did a fabulous job. There was a supervisor who also checked after the job was done to see if the crew missed anything and I really appreciated that! Great work by her and the team.

My family and I recently moved into a new home. Typically I clean myself but with my busy schedule I was unable to and hired EZ Pizzi to take the cleaning off my hands. Honestly I think next time I’ll just do it myself. For the most part things were cleaned. Just not up to my standards and I question if they really did half of the things listed on my quote. The shower in the master bathroom still had mildew at the bottom of the door and the tub in the hall didn’t look super clean either. Also I’m not sure what they use to mop floors but most of the floors felt sticky after. So I pretty much had to go back and re-mop floors and clean the bathroom.

EZPizzi has been cleaning my home for several months now. The team was very attentive to my requests when they came for their first visit and have followed through in each subsequent visit. I appreciate having the same team each time and I like that my home is ‘documented’ so that in case my team can’t make it another team can step in.
The team is always professional and all business which I appreciate. I am picky when it comes to cleaning my house and EZPizzi has consistently met or exceeded my expectations!

I was the recipient of the gift of a 2 hour cleaning by EZ Pizzi Cleaning and I am beyond pleased with the result. The team that Samantha sent to my house was right on time, very professional, hard working and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

Due to being very busy at work lately, I didn’t want to spend the little free time I had cleaning so I decided to hire a cleaning service to give my apartment a good deep cleaning. My husband found EZ Pizzi so I spoke with Samantha and she gave me a very reasonable quote. There were three cleaners and they were very professional, courteous and efficient. It only took two hours to give my large kitchen area and two bathrooms a very thorough cleaning. When they were finished, those areas were cleaner than when we first moved in. I was so impressed! I will definitely hire them again the next time the apartment needs a good deep cleaning. I highly recommend them.

Just had Ezpizzi out for a deep clean. First time using them. I now need sunglasses inside! More than met my expectations!!! My house was a wreck because I have been having back problems. They happily cleaned every inch!

We were excited to work this company and ended up extremely disappointed. We paid for the initial deep clean on a week that we were away on vacation. We returned to full trash cans, nothing at all moved while cleaning counters (despite this exact thing being on the list of what they said they’d do), and generally nothing seeming to be actually cleaned. When I reached out to politely express this concern, we were literally told “Well, your house was too cluttered.” (It’s not, and every visitor we’ve ever told this story to has been appalled). Would not recommend the results OR customer service, sadly.ETA: No where in your response to me was the 24 hour return policy noted or offered, so it certainly wasn’t rejected. There were also other items discussed that you admitted should not have happened. This was summer of 2022, though I’m not sure why that would matter.
