There needs to be a negative stars option specifically for these clowns. Three consecutive days in a row their lying dirtbag drivers have refused to deliver my package. Had package pickup scheduled days in advance, I called the afternoon of pickup and they verified it was still scheduled to be picked up by 8PM. Guess what? No package pickup, no text or email as to what happened. Very unreliable service.

Easily the worst shipping service at this point. Even using their website is meaningless. Packages constantly delayed, re-routed, instructions on delivery ignored. Shippers, don't use this service.
