Customer service number they have listed here takes you to a robot that just repeats the same phrase. There is no human contact. Super off putting and made me decide to use UPS.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service at FedEx Exton, PA
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at the Exton FedEx store today was unacceptable and deserves to be shared. I visited the store to quickly print a single document, only to encounter complete chaos and zero accountability from the staff.
There were only two active printers — one of which was taken up by a customer printing what looked like a book or a full catalog (with no end in sight). The other was being used by a store associate to help a customer with a fax, which also wasn’t progressing. I waited patiently for 25 minutes, during which nothing moved on the screen. Another customer who came after me actually gave up and left.
After around 15 minutes of watching the screen stuck in place, I politely asked the store associate how we could tell if the fax was even running. The moment I asked, the machine showed an error message — so clearly my concern was valid.
But what happened next was absolutely shocking.
When I followed up again, asking the same polite question (“How do we know the job is still running?”), the store associate — possibly named Aaliyah — snapped at me, saying:
“Listen ma’am, I know you're trying to get the job done but there's a customer here trying to send a fax. It's not my fault you came in when the store is busy. You gotta wait.”
I was stunned. I had waited 20+ minutes quietly and simply asked a basic question. There was no apology, no empathy, and worst of all — no accountability from any other store employee or manager who overheard the incident. She just stood there, silent, after yelling at me.
This isn't just about a failed print job — it’s about how poorly customers are treated when the systems break down. No customer should be spoken to like an inconvenience — especially not when they’ve been waiting patiently in a store that clearly has process issues.
To FedEx: If you’re going to offer printing and fax services, please equip your stores with enough functional machines — and more importantly, train your staff to treat customers with professionalism and respect.
To anyone reading this: Save yourself the frustration. There are better, faster, and far more respectful printing alternatives nearby.

I see no reason why this location should have a 3.6 rating? I am in there twice a month and have never had anything except exceptional service from friendly employees. Highly recommend this location!

Awfully slow and unreliable for sending packages. Dropped off package (using their materials) on a Saturday at 3pm. ETA to its destination is Wednesday. Sure, no problem. I should have asked which Wednesday. It never left Exton until 4:45 PM on Monday....fine...its only going 2 states away. It then proceeds to make camp in Ohio for a week...its been there since Wednesday...and then you do some online research and realize that if your Fedex shipment goes thru Grove or Plain City, OH....its going to be a loooong time before they get it to its final endpoint, . Like 5 days later. At that point, I'd rather pay a few bucks extra for UPS who has much better operational logistics and delivery guarantees.

Dropped off a sneaker return. I was in & out with so much ease that it made me suspicious. Very friendly staff (that I could tell from the 10 secs)

Horrible service I can't even get a hold of a person to explain my situation they keep asking me for a door tag number which was not left at my door by FedEx or tracking number which Amazon took down when I filed for a return I either a need my package delivered because I can't pick it up it's an hour away from my house and my car is not big enough to fit the packages in even if I could pick it up. they could have took it to a FedEx pickup location 3 miles from my house it would have been a lot easier I doubt they even took it to my house I think they drove it straight to an Exton pickup point cuz they didn't feel like driving all the way to Oxford from Exton that's how I feel about it. It just doesn't make sense that I wouldn't have a sticker on my door and it doesn't make sense for them to drive it all the way back to Exton when they could have drove it 3 miles up the road and I could have picked it up same day, so if they can't deliver it to my house they need to send it back to the sender so I can get my refund
