Out of town and had an issue with a flat on our Jeep. They were able to take my car in on the spot and get it patched up at no charge! Good people and helped me out in a pinch before getting back on the road. Thanks for helping me out! This is why I trust Firestone!

We picked up a screw in our tire while on vacation. I called another Firestone in the area at opening who told me we would have to drop off our car for the whole day in order to get it fixed. I called and spoke with Tim and he said bring it right in and he would make it work. I can’t remember the tech’s name but he was great also. Tim was very personable, friendly and helpful. If I lived in the area this would be my store. We were out in under an hour.

Tim & Colton were absolutely phenomenal!! Their customer service was exemplary and the service professional and well done. They replaced my flat to the ground tire and got me on my way in less time than was expected even though they were swamped on a holiday weekend. I arrived to this location with an emergency and they assured me that could help me and they did exactly that and more! They were both kind and thorough. They articulated well and were clear with their mechanical and financial information! They had my wheel replaced and I was rollomg safely! They are to be commended and I highly recommend this establishment!!

In PA for a graduation with our family and woke up to find our van’s right front tire had low pressure. Filled it up at the Wawa but wanted to get it checked out before we drive 600 miles back home.
Chas took care of us right away. They were able to repair the tire and offered a discount on an alignment as the mechanic noticed uneven wear on our tires. We were in and out in just about an hour.
Thanks to Chas and the crew for saving graduation weekend!

I had an extremely bad experience. I refused to have an recommended service done due to budget out of three recommended service. For that, I exepeienced disrespectful, hostile and vindictive behavour. When I had called and asked if firestone coupons available on firestone site was applied, they said yes. When I actually paid and saw the invoice, I did not see them. On questioning, they kept on harping that I have not done of the service, and they changed their story one after another about they can apply only half of the coupon amount and then change that they cannot apply same coupon for two different parts on the same ticket and so on and so forth. I heard a lot of excuses and sneers like I was doing it for only $10 coupon. They even handed a 10$ bill which I refused to take and kept it in front of me at their reception desk. Overall it was very disrespectful and dishonest behaviour by a group of employes including the store supervisor. That leaves a very bad experience for me.

They do excellent repair work but did not receive my approval before starting recent work on my car.
Luckily the bill was only around $130 initially. If I had walked in and been told "oh yeah we fixed it already without your approval, that'll be $1,000", I would not have been satisfied with a discount, I would have flat-out not paid.
Good work and good people but they seem to be slipping with managerial and administrative matters like these.

Called Bud this morning to see if they'll put tires on my F350 dually. He said yes and to bring it in at 2. I got there, and they said they won't do it.

I went in to get the state inspection, came back a failure because I needed the bearing on one of the wheels replaced. I ended up letting them fix it just so I could pass the inspection. Paid over $600 to get it done. A few days later I heard a strange noise from the same place they supposedly fixed, a noise that wasn't there until they checked my car. Went to a different car shop and they told me the bearing was bent and needed replacing. Never coming here again.
