It’s always a great experience shopping at Fortunoff Backyard Store in Exton. The outdoor furniture they carry is high quality, comfortable, and beautiful. Kylee was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the products and explained everything very clearly. She was very professional. She was attentive to her customer’s needs and interests. She answered the questions thoughtfully and in detail. She represents the company very well.

Kylee did a great job keeping us informed and getting the best price for us! We are still trying to decide. Room not built yet so we are trying to envision. Size may be too big for the room. Not sure but beautiful furniture!

I was given one price for a fire pit and then after they charged me they wanted to add an additional $85 because the store didn’t factor in sales tax. So after I bought it they were forcing me to pay an extra $85 or pick it up in Wilmington Delaware, how is this my fault. Sales people were terrible, the lady Michele at the exton location was very sarcastic on the phone, don’t do business with them.
