If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had a savings account and I opened a checking account and they said I could transfer money back and forth 12 times a quarter. I specifically asked the manager what happens when you go over that and she said nothing it just won’t go through. I was charged $132.00 because I went over. I had to call Downingtown Fulton to try to get my money back because I was lied to by the Exton manager and Ara from Downingtown said he would refund me $48.00 of the $132.00. It’s been 2 days and he’s giving me the run around. DO NOT use any Fulton banks as they are liars and steal your money!

They require you to come in , in-person to fix a minor security issue. Or if you cancel your debit card due to a fraudulent transaction. If you are out of state temporarily, don't expect to use their bank. they don't have a way to handle it. If you have an urgent need you may wait on the phone a couple hours. I had a bank rep put my statement mailing address to their branch instead of my home.

Opened a joint bank account with my husband, and the man helping us, put my husband as the primary account holder, and didn’t even ask if that was our preference. Didn’t wanna take it personally but, that’s so insanely dated and sexist. Do better. It’s 2024. Other than that, the customer service was great.

The tellers at this bank are fantastic. Personable, professional, knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to help you. It's great to walk in and be recognized by everyone and greeted by everyone. They can't do enough for you. And no matter your question or issue they will take the time to sit down with you and explain everything and help you with anything you need!

Terrible customer service!!!! Oh wait, you have to be a customer to get service!!!! Went in for a roll of quarters and i was told since i didnt have an acct there they couldnt help me!!! WHAT!!!! ISN'T THIS A BANK!!!! Since when in America you cant walk into a bank and get change?? Absolutely ridiculous!!!! PNC, Wachovia and TD Bank would have helped me but this snotty bank wouldn't! I bet if Meghan Markle or Prince Harry walked in to get change it would have been a different outcome!!!!! Will NEVER recommend this bank to anyone!!! Or if this happens to be the last bank standing for what ever reason i would rather put my money under my mattress than bank at Fulton Bank!!!!!!

Fulton Bank in Exton, Pa is the finest Branch of Fulton with Talented Employees to meet and exceed customers expectatipons in any Banking business from Morgtage, Home Equity loan, investments , to Auto loan Personal loan and.... We have banked here for several years, and until this past year my review would have leaned negative. However, there have been changes at the bank in management, and I just went through a number of situations where the personnel at that branch shined. The people that helped me bent over backwards, and most importantly, advocated for me. It's been a long time since I had anything positive to say about banks, but I am happy to say they are doing a great job.

Just another greedy bank with a horrible layout inside. It's great to do your banking so every customer can see your paperwork coming in the door. However, they are nice enough to offer a free crappy lollipop!
