I was a big fan of this stores sister operation in the Montgomeryville mall but that has closed and I sought out this place in Plymouth Meeting. the goods are the same, it has a very 1987 hippy vibe- and it is very open. That is the problem. it was so open I couldn't find anyone to help service it. I walked around. looked at things. A couple came around, looked at things. Not only did no one ask if I needed help, I didn't see anyone there. The couple noticed it too, I called out 'hello?' but there was no response. We all shrugged and ambled off. I've heard of a relaxed workplace but this was ridiculous.

Entered the store, not only sans getting from the elderly and miserable woman at the counter (who I’m told is the owner), but was almost bumped into as she swept past me to go tend to something in the back because god knows, especially in times like these, if you have customers IN your store, I’d kiiiinda think you’d like to keep them; especially with the depletion & degradation of the mall this store is in and someone who’s been a loyal customer for years.The woman was extremely rude and seemed to be in her own world with no interest in actually helping a customer. Was loudly commenting on how I’d love to see certain items but they were unfortunately Locked away, thinking either she’d hear me since all she was doing was seemingly sitting in the front with RBF so bad I’m surprised anyone even enters this store any longer.Took multiple tries to get her to get my friend a STICKER, which btw she could have very capably just gotten on her own but oh no! There are signs abound telling you not to touch anything and ask for assistance … which wouldn’t be an issue… If there WERE someone competent to help.She also made an incredibly snarky comment to my friend that was absolutely unnecessary and was very rude about my friend saying the sticker said “crossing” when it actually read XING (such a huge difference for someone to get that you feel the neee to make a rude comment to a customer for ?).One last thing; she asked if “we” needed anything prior to the “XING” incident, and continued repeatedly to ignore me when I asked to see anything.Sorry this is long but it’s sad to see a store that used to be a staple turn into what it is now; overpriced hippy Merch you can get anywhere else cheaper, and likely with a much better, actual customer service person.Might be time for this lady to pass tbis store on or it’ll likely be another fatality of the good old exton square mall.Owner of the store should have excellent customer service skills from the second you walk in their store until you leave. This place is unfortunately nothing special anymore and I’m honestly shocked it’s one of the stores which has survived thus far. Good luck lady, maybe hire someone who actually wants to help customers ?

this is hands down my favorite place to be, i'm gonna be sad when Exton mall shuts down. I'm praying they stay in business and have another location!!!! would hate to see another great GREAT store go away :(
