I highly recommend using iGeeks at Exton Mall. Replacing a cracked screen on a phone was quick and easy: Salif returned my call and gave me an estimate and he confirmed they had a replacement screen in stock, I dropped off my phone, and it was repaired in less than an hour. He was very professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again.

I brought my iPhone 13 Pro Max to the Exton iGeeks location in January 2023 for a simple screen replacement. Over the next several months—only after repeated pushing on my part—I was told the phone also needed battery soldering. I agreed to the repair, and was told it would be sent to the Fishtown location.
Since then, i was stuck in a frustrating cycle: I ask for an update, technicians act confused, promise to get back to me, and then never follow up. I’ve had to chase this down myself every time, only to be met with the same line: “If you don’t hear from me today, you’ll hear from me tomorrow.” That call never comes. The same thing happened again on December 4, nearly a year after I dropped the phone off.
This phone held deep sentimental value to me. I trusted iGeeks to help me recover memories that matter. Instead, I received nothing but runaround and silence for almost 12 months. It feels like no one has taken ownership of my case, and I’ve been left in the dark, time and time again.
I finally spoke with the owner after reporting to the Better Business Bureau, only to be greeted with “how did you get this number?” After communication with the owner, iGeeks claimed to have reached out to me on multiple occasions to return the phone, but ultimately had no proof of this. The phone was scrapped as their policy states after 3 months, and gone are my sentimental memories with the phone. Pay the money for Apple support and repair, and avoid iGeeks at all costs.
