I appear to have had a similar experience with the previous reviewer. BUYER BEWARE. As I write this review, my last few emails to Gordon and his manager have been ignored, and once he had my deposit and contract signed to buy a 15K spa, he went dark. Can't stand this guy - TERRIBLE customer service and a complete a$$hole. My jacuzzi was several months late and when it finally came at the end of the summer (after purchasing in February), it came without the proper hardware for the cover. Weeks later the cover and hardware were installed after me having to harass these guys. No real apology and since then, I can't get any answers to important questions or Gordon to deliver on his promise to provide me with a few items from our contract. As a business owner myself, I cringe when I see his operation (or lack thereof) and I warn you that this office lacks customer service, any type of follow up, or professionalism. F- The Jacuzzi spa itself has been working fine, but the experience was painful and this man should not be running anything. Take your business elsewhere!

Agree that drop off was a “ dump and run”. After delivery phone calls and emails to both the showroom and service numbers about electrical installation went unanswered. Electrician eventually ghosted me completely and I had to find my own support. If I did it all again I would go to another dealer maybe eagle pool and spa. Jacuzzi is a top name brand spa but the this eagle dealer location does not live up to the reputation of the brand they support. The jacuzzi brand name recognition carries them, however their Customer service is far from what you would expect from the high end product they attempt to support. Very disappointed.

I had a really bad experience with these guys , and I should have listened to others that have dealt with them in the past.First of all don't expect a call or email to resolve an issue, I tried for weeks and got ignored. once they have your money you're no longer their problem.management does not follow through to resolve issues, I'm surprised that the main office at jacuzzi lets this happen since its a direct reflection on them.when they came to deliver the hot tub the side panels were damaged and the delivery crew damaged my composite deck , even when I said they had loose bolts under the tub one of the installers exclaimed they new what they were doing. the professionalism wasn't there and the profanity flew every few minutes. I documented everything with videos and pics but jacuzzi tucked their tales hid, and finally said it wasn't their problem. So take this as a warning don't expect help from the mess they make. My opinion , avoid Gordon Ziegler or his brother Grant Ziegler that manage the business. If anyone needs more information on what happened I'll be glade to share and also recommend the competition across the street

All I can say is wow. The other day I was having a problem with my hot tub saying it was airlocked. I called the store to find out who services the hot tubs for warranty work and they gave me a number to call and a guy name. Aaron called me back immediately. I told him my problem and he said they were very busy and the closest appointment would be two weeks away, he gave me some good information on how to get the air out of my lines and when he was finished, he said I’m right around the corner. I’ll stop by and take a look. He was here in 15 minutes. We took a look at the hot tub and he determined that my primary motor Was fried said he would run back to a shop, grab another pump and put it in for me all under warranty of course. So just let me say how professional, how responsive and how helpful Aaron was he got me back up and running in less than an hour, and went out of his way to do this. I could not thank him enough for his professionalism in the way that he responded. They will definitely be my to go guys in the future if I have any problems with my hot tub. This rating is for the service department specifically Jahvon who came out to service our spa today. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them. Highly recommend the service department!

Purchased a hot tub at Philly Home Show. The model we ordered was delayed which would have caused issues with our contractor. They worked with us to resolve the issue which was greatly appreciated. The delivery personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would recommend this company to a friend.9/29/2022 We had an issue with 4 of the pretty lights not working. We still do not have it resolved even though we are calling and texting the service person almost everyday. Not great service or response time. I hope we get it fixed.

The service manager Aaron is Gordons nephew so service is terrible. Trying to charge a diagnosis fee when tech came out and stated no fee. A bunch of liars ! Do not give this place businessNo star for the store-Do Not Shop HereThe worse customer service by Gordon and floor associate . Great sale pitch but when it comes to questions they are clueless. The service dept ( Wilbur is so helpful) and explains everything you need to know esp being a first time owner.Update here we are a year later still waiting for a panel! The excuses are terrible even owner Gordon has came out to see whicj panel. Do not buy from this place!!!!

Such a friendly install crew! They were extremely careful and diligent with getting the hot tub in just the right spot. They took time to make sure we understood all the features and basic care of the tub. Thank you!!
