I visit multiple Labcorp for blood draws and all others prioritize those with appointments. I am typically in and out within 5-10 minutes. It is almost 30 minutes after I checked in and I am still waiting for the blood draws. Terrible, terrible service. Avoid this location if possible!

I came here when they opened to get a drug test for a new job that was ordered to this location (that is required or else I will have my offer rescinded) and they told me they can’t do my drug test until 10:00. I told them I have work at 9:30 and she suggested I try going to DELAWARE if I need it before 10:00. There were 0 patients in the office. Lazy and rude truly

Have been using this lab for years, today the person I dealt with was not very friendly and when my blood was drawn I ended up with a huge round hematoma, which in my almost 80 years have never experienced. Hopefully next time it will be a better experience!

Short hair receptionist lady was extremely rude and dismissive. Walked up to ask about a script and I got no smile, no hello, just a dirty look and a blank stare. She dismissed me and told me she couldn’t look me up and told me to go sit down. Extremely long wait as well.

I don’t usually write reviews but this place has repeatedly turned me away without service. I went to this Labcorp on Walsh Pool Road three times in the past two weeks. I arrived between 1:00-1:20 each time and was told if I didn’t have an appointment I’d have to come back. Even though Labcorp’s website says they are open until 2:30 and walk-ins are welcome, apparently this location doesn’t allow walk-ins. Today, when I arrived at 1:10, there were eight people in the waiting room. At 1:20, the technician finally appeared and called two people back but instead of checking them in, he spent ten minutes calling other people up to the window to tell them they had to come back another time since they didn’t have an appointment. I even heard him try to turn away someone who did have an appointment. The work ethic at this facility is absolutely horrible! If you really need bloodwork, I’d go elsewhere!

I typically make appointments with Lab Corp, knowing the wait could be long but today I took a chance arriving to this location 50 mins before closing time and I was turned away. The lady told me I need to arrive in the morning for a “walk in” because the system needs to give me an appointment when I check in. Let’s be honest, it was a Friday at 1:40pm and they didn’t want to deal with another patient. I asked why the website says you can arrive 30 mins before closing and she said the website has not been update. 9 out of 10 Labcorps have lazy, miserable employees and this is one of them!

The lady at the desk(Sorry forgot to ask her name) was very pleasant and cheerful at 7a.m. on a Wednesday morning; attended to all the 12 waiting people and checking them in. She was patient to hear any concerns and answered calmly. Subhash also was careful, professional and quick with the blood draw; ensuring that the waiting line didn't grow too long. I expected to be at the facility for more than an hour, given the number of people waiting before me, but I was out within half an hour. Not getting online appointments for early morning, months in advance is inconvenient.

The lady that worked there was making PSA of how she is overworked and gets no breaks. The guy taking the blood seemed to purposely go as slow as possible. Big lines, understaffed, very stressful. Not going back to this location

I just done my blood work this morning. I always ask butterfly needles. Cause my veins is small. But this guy Subhash told me, that he decided what needles i can get. So he did with regular needles than he poke my veins deep and moving it to get it the blood. Ugh..so hurt. When i got home i open the band aid from that. It my big red and blue so hurt. I come back again show my arm to the lady, then she apologized for Subash. Next time i ask butterfly, just give it. I pay insurance alot of money. Why labcorp didnt give it. Dont argue the patients. Thanks alot for the hurt.

Perennially understaffed and long wait times.
The receptionist area doesn't have anyone for long periods of time, so you can't even find out how backed up they are. Avoid.

DON'T GO HERE. Tech was a jerk and might have committed fraud.
I walked in about 10 minutes before they closed and no one was at the desk. So I checked in. Five minutes before they closed, the tech came out and yelled WE ARE CLOSED!! and stared at me with a stern look. I explained that there was no one at the desk so I checked in. He then asked me what I was there for and I explained routine blood work. He took me back, processed my paperwork and then told me I owed over $630 today and would have to authorize payment to that. I've had the same insurance for 6 years and never had to pay over $50. I left of course but kept the paperwork and currently looking into this.
