Unorganized and behind scheduleNext time I’ll make sure my doctor doesn’t send my prescription there

I am a difficult stick for blood draws. The man at this location gets me on the first sick every time, and barely leaves a bruise. He's awesome.

This is a horrible Labcorp location. I thought the reviews were one off experiences. THEY WERE AND ARE NOT. Listen to the reviews!!!I have never experienced such a horrible visit to Labcorp. I booked weeks in advance for 11:30AM and note I had to completely fast (no water or food for 12 hours before). It was backed up by 3 walk ins and 5 appointments when I walked in. I waited until 11:50AM to be seen only to be told I had no script in the system or via fax. I had to call my doctor and have it faxed over again. I resolved that by 12:00PM but was not seen until 12:10PM and had walk ins prioritized through no fault of my own.Due to the natural of the appointment I was there until 12:30PM because I had to drink a fluid and wait to retest. This was a huge waste of time. I should have been in and out and back to work in 40 minutes with an appointment. Instead I had to take 1.5 hours PTO for this.Completely unorganized and behind schedule. There was one woman running the office and she was seeing one at a time and not processing in tranches. I will say it speed up drastically once that women left and Subhash arrived. Never again will I come here. Now off to get lunch before heading back to work.

Apparently there’s not enough companies around here to do blood/lab work! This place has one person drawing blood! Whoever manages this location should be fired! Awful experience! Find another company!

Subhash is an excellent lab technician! He went out of his way twice over the last four months to ensure I was comfortable while drawing my blood. Thank you, Subhash, for your kindness and compassion!

Tamika was extremely rude to me while on the phone with a patient. I called ahead to confirm hours and was advised 3pm closing time. I arrive at 230 to be rudely informed they’re closed. At 230 it’s two three zero. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I tell the lab tech he laughs and says sorry. Super slow, never any appointments available and when you walk in it’s hours wait. I’ve been here twice for the same services, lab work and left without receiving service or being acknowledged by staff (the second time). Consistently no service & very poor customer service. Would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

The waiting time here is outrageous, and its all because of one lady that works back there. This is likely the least organized labcorp in a 100 mile radius. There were people waiting in there for hours.Today, in addition to the wait time, which was annoying but tolerable, the woman I referenced tried to get me to make a payment on a bill that generated literally last week and insisted, as she's done multiple times before, that her computer wouldn't allow her to proceed unless I paid on it. This time I said, "there's no way that's true. I've been getting blood work for a long time with balances along the way and never had that issue". She stood up and said, "I'm not dealing with this, I'm taking my lunch break." and got the only other person working there, who was doing his job collecting samples, to come check me in.I'm guessing the only reason she still has a job is because she pressures every customer to pay their invoice like a seasoned debt collector, because otherwise she is doing a terrible job getting everyone in and out the door. ?♀️

Took my mother-in-law who has dementia and is a needlephobe and the lady who took her blood (didn't get her name, unfortunately, but she had glasses and long dark hair) was so kind and compassionate I actually teared up watching her interact with my MIL. She was so professional and quick it made our visit so much easier and actually a pleasant experience. Pretty long wait, apparently they're understaffed. All the more reason to appreciate how kind the phlebotomist was! Shame on the people who run this place and don't support their employees properly

I had to take my aunt in for blood work today. Who runs this place? Don’t get me wrong the guy and lady there seem to have itTogether but it’s obvious it Is understaffed. The wait time is ridiculous. These reviews speak volumes. If it wasn’t for the nice staff (2people) this would be a 1-star.

Today is April 17, 2023 and I don’t mind sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours as much as I DO MIND having a severely sick (flu) receptionist coughing every 2 minutes in our faces. Look at the attached photos- she is NOT even wearing a mask properly (it’s all the way down) which is like the ultimate F-YOU to all the patients. Furthermore, the nasty Unsanitized pens and paperwork she touches are probably the worst hazard and ultimate sign of disrespect to the general public. Who runs this place???

They have a long line, but I think it's because they are short staffed. Every time I go the female technician does an awesome job (I'm not sure what her name is)! Doctors and nurses always complain about how I am so hard to stick, but the tech at this LabCorp gets me on the first try every time! And she moves so quickly. She deserves a raise! If I find out her name I will update the review.

Google hours say 3pm. When you get there, their door says they close at 2:30pm. I got there at 2:20 and they had already locked the door.

If I could give this location negative stars I would. I arrived at 11:19am and I did not have an appointment. Checked in and waited for an hour and 15 minutes. For the first 45 minutes, no one got taken back for testing. If they are on their lunch break that's fine but you need to tell people so they don't sit there wasting their time. When someone was finally at the window I asked how much longer and was told another 30 minutes. I couldn't make an appointment. I need this bloodwork in two days for a procedure I am having and I checked all the locations and they didn't have anything until 3/28! This is terrible and I will avoid Labcorp and go to Quest from now on.

I normally go to Quest for bloodwork, but this time I needed a test that only Labcorp does. I was very leery based on the reviews, but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The receptionist and phlebotomist were both very professional and friendly.
