I purchased a Schott 257s giving my measurements, also sending photos. I was told that size 42 would be fine (slightly large to wear a sweater underneath) but in reality it was giant. I tried to return it but their strict and strict return policy did not allow me to do so. If you are a European buyer careful to inform yourself well before buying anything from them, you will not have a second chance. Very high shipping costs. Otherwise they were kind enough, even if they don't always respond to all emails.

I should have read the reviews about this company before ordering. I ordered a jacket and waited for close to a month to receive it and have been told throughout this time that the item is still in production. I decided to finally cancel my order and the response I received was "The item is still in production but you will be charged a 10% restocking fee". Note that the "restocking fee" in this case is for an item that does not exist. And it was not a special or custom order. If you want to receive what you ordered and not be penalized for not getting it you should stay away from this company.

wow, I just realized I am one of the victims of Legendary USA by reading all google map reviews. I ordered a cockpit sheepskin jacket 4 month ago and guess what, - never arrived. I had to file a dispute to my credit card company to get a refund. I found other customers living in overseas who did not receive goods they paid for but never knew they were doing this to people in the State, too. These guys will email you phony information about the items going in and out of production, but your order will never arrive. I think NJ police need to something about these guys. P.S. : oh making a phone call would make a difference? Ok I am gonna ask you publicly, Can I get my money back now?

I bought an item 2016. No problem. December 2022 I ordered 3 items. 1 item a fine knit watch cap advertised 100% wool turned out to be 100% Acrylic. Another Rothco item Legendary USA was made in China advertised as a Fine Knit One Hole Facemask insulation against freezing temperatures and wind and great for the avid outdoorsman. It came wrapped in plastic 5" X 5" thin like a small handkerchief. Nikki customer service was a real j*** about my complaint. She made no apology for the false misleading advertisements. She said Legendary USA policy is no refunds except for a product exchange. What would I exchange falsely advertised product for? Nikki also said any complaint about Rothco products had to be directed to Rothco. Rothco website claims any complaint about product purchased elsewhere must be directed where purchased. Today 6/15/23 I drove to Rothco warehouse Ronkonkoma, N.Y. to see if I could exchange my product in person. No dice. I was told I have to deal with Nikki Legendary USA. I'll never purchase anything from you or Rothco again. If this is how you conduct business you'll be going out of business soon.

YIKES!! Buyer beware! Short story is they took my money, I waited 5 months & they did not send the item I purchased, then refused to give me a refund per their store policy. Long story-- I ordered a jacket in October 2022 from this company which was on 4-6 weeks backorder. In March 2023 they sent me an email saying they shipped my jacket- 5 months later. I get the package to find it is not the jacket I ordered. I asked for an exchange for my jacket- accidents happen. They said my jacket was not available- which was strange. If they sent the wrong item, mine should be there to exchange. I asked for a shipping label to send the wrong jacket back they said they sent one. I never got it. I asked if they would resend it and they would not. So I had to pay out of pocket to send it back. I asked for a refund for my jacket since it was not there & was told No I could only get store credit or an exchange. I said I did not want store credit I wanted the jacket I paid for. Then I got an email saying they would give me a refund (email stated refund, not store credit) when I returned the wrong jacket, which I did. They did not give me a refund. They instead gave me 517$ in store credit & told me I could use it to repurchase the jacket which is now 680$. I said again that I did not want store credit I wanted a refund or the jacket. No response. So nearly 6 months after I placed my order, not only do I not have my jacket, I lost 517$ plus the 24$ I spent to ship their jacket back for which they did not reimburse me. All because of their mistake! I will not be forced to pay extra for a jacket I already purchased & did not receive. VERY unprofessional. They are 100% in the wrong. The FTC stipulates if they do not ship the customer's item they must give a refund, not store credit. I have yet to get a response. Buy wherever you wish, but I would not recommend this place.

Wow. My 70 year old mother purchased a jacket from this company for Christmas. As she isn't a last minute shopper and she wasn't able to see us until after the 1st, more than 15 days had elapsed since purchase. They would not let us return the jacket for a different size. Completely unhelpful, and unwilling to simply exchange the jacket for a smaller size. I do not recommend buying anything from this company. I wish I could give them zero stars. In a time when customer service means everything, this company has zero.

I had an initial problem with delivery, but all's well that ends well. The owner fixed the problem and I received the pair of motor cycle gloves that I wanted and needed. The quality is great, the fit is perfect and the color is exactly what I had hoped for. Exceeded my expectations. Great stuff at Legendary.
