I got a great pair of glasses and was in and out the store in less then an hour….. it took me more time to pick a pair then it took them to make them the have allot of great selections and everyone is super friendly

Stopped in expecting to drop off my Sunglasses for a repair. I was greeted by Rachel who looked at my glasses and told me she could have them fixed in minutes. A few minutes later she walked up and they were as good as new. No charge and I was out the door. Great customer service. I will definitely be back.

Had a great experience at LensCrafters in Exton today. Needed some repairs on my glasses, but couldn't leave them overnight. I asked Michaela if they could make the fix, expecting the answer to be no. Not only did they make the fix i requested, but fixed something else wrong with the glasses as well that I didn't even mention. I was very happy with Michaela, and the service she and LensCrafters provided. A++
