After talking to a young lady she told she could put my pool cleaner on a tester to find out what was wrong.i go there and I told her on phone it was a jacuzzi she tells me they don't have a tester for that brand.not happy called company # and asked the young man on phone he looked up now waiting for person in charge of area stores to call me.

This team is great! Austin is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Always helpful and answers all my questions throughly. Prices seem to be competitive with the other pool company’s in the area. I do try to stick with local small businesses but in this case, I really appreciate all the help the manager and his team give me every time I call or go to the store.

We have been coming in each week with a water sample and have been doing exactly what they recommend. The pool was getting worse every day. Went to another pool store in the area who said everything Leslie's said was wrong. We did what they said and no more problems. We will not be back to Leslie's. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else!

I’ll try to be nice about this, but this place is awful. I don’t know if all pool supply and service is like this, but these guys are almost worthless. Nobody knows where the manager is. He is never in the store, the employees don’t know much about their business, the company in general, and their information is different from what the now MIA manager has said, and different from what corporate has said. I just got a pool in august ‘21. I got a ton of points for buying a hard cover from them, which was 2 months late and took 6 months total to get delivered. I was told several times I could use the points for pool opening, by various parties. Finally, a week before my ridiculously early pool opening date (I was given the date). Corporate confirms I can use them, but a low level employee says I can’t. I can’t talk to the manager in the store that previously said I can, because he hasn’t been to the store in three weeks, and the employees don’t know when he’ll be back. Worthless. I don’t know why anyone uses Leslie’s unless all pool companies are dysfunctional , disorganized and inefficient (which might actually be the case).

Not surprised this is the worst rated Leslie's in the area.Came on a slow Sunday. 2 working the register/central service area. 2 customers. Very very slow. In his interactions, guy sounded a little bit like a know it all and was a bit patronizing. I was the only one waiting initially, but the customer line soon built up. I knew exactly what i wanted to buy but ended up having to wait 30 minutes for a short 1 minute sale.Not helped by the clueless customer ahead of me who was just there to buy chemicals to balance her pool but had no idea at all what she needed to do. Guess that is what a place like Leslie's is for? Don't mind waiting for that because she can't be blamed for not knowing, but the guy just stretched out the whole encounter and everything seemed to be moving in slow motion.Do not at any cost come here. Go to the one in West Chester or Wayne.

The staff at this location went above and beyond to help me with a pool cover that tore and was under warranty. When I first contacted them they could not find my information. The young man was courteous and tried everything he could to locate us in the database. He then passed me along to the assistant manager who again took all my information and said she would pass it along to the store manager. After much research the store manager located our receipt. I went to the store to pick up the new cover. The manager explained what happened.. He then put all of my information in the database for future purchases. Thank you for your dedication to customer service and your kindness. What a wonderful team. I think other businesses could learn from this model.Denise T.

I sort of had low expectations given that this is a chain of stores and I figured they were staffed by people that perhaps had less experience than other pool stores.I have to admit that I was completely wrong. The two times that I went to Leslie's I found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. They gave me great advice and we're kind enough to help me load heavy bags of salt into my car. I highly recommend this location.
