I called initially to inquire about pricing and how often they increase pricing. I spoke to someone in the call center. The person I spoke with was very sweet and patient. Juan from my location called me within a half hour to my surprise. He answered my questions and explained with a better clarity about pricing. He was very thoughtful, professional and courteous. I decided to stop by and check out the size of the space I was looking to rent. Juan was very pleasant and still very courteous, friendly while maintaining professionalism. I’m so pleased and happy with the facility, Juan and the pricing. I made the best choice. I highly recommend this facility and especially Juan.
