How are you going to just shut down and lock the doors because people need prescriptions. No information on when you'll return . Prescription just stuck at your store . This is ridiculous that you don't have someone answering phones or at least allowing people to pick up already filled . Now people in the dark on when you'll be open since you FAILED TO PROVIDE INFORMATION

Submitted by Carol N.Best pharmacy anywhere! This is a privately owned pharmacy where you will never be just an Rx number. Mary knows her clients well and her staff does as well. When you walk in, you are always treated like gold. The service is top notch. Whether it’s your prescriptions you go in for or you just need some advice on supplements or other wellness issues, Mary and her staff will stop whatever they are doing and give you 100 percent attention. They are a wealth of knowledge. This is a great business where the customer comes first and is always given personal attention. You really don’t see this kind of service in many businesses today. This pharmacy is a gem! If you want to feel that good old fashioned feeling of being valued as a customer (which is rare these days) and if you never want to have to worry about getting your prescriptions on time or getting anything that you need – this is the pharmacy for you! I’m not exaggerating when I say that this is truly the best pharmacy you will ever find anywhere!

I switched to this pharmacy last year after years of dealing with horrible service at all of the big chains. It was the best choice I could have made. Mary, and all of her staff are absolutely amazing. You can tell that she cares, and it just feels so refreshing. I do wish they had longer operating hours since my work schedule makes it kind of difficult sometimes, but the excellent service makes that not even matter. Thank you Mary and staff, for all that you do!

I went there to get a shot of Evusheld for a immuno compromised people. It is hard to locate this vaccine but they had it. The pharmacist name was Mary and she was very nice and very smart. She treated me like I was a member of her family. I recommend this place over any franchise pharmacy.

I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy! From the owner to the staff, everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful, caring and patient even during the busiest of times during the ongoing pandemic and on a holiday like Christmas Eve. I was always taken care of quickly, whether on the phone or in person, and the customer service is exactly what you would want from your local pharmacy! You can tell they truly care about helping you and the community. In a time when all pharmacies are in such demand to help so much of the public you would never even know because this pharmacy still makes you feel taken care of and a priority. Thank you so much to Mary and Shannon for all of their help and the entire staff at Exton Pharmacy for all of their hard work and dedication during these times!

I got my COVID vaccines and booster at Exton Pharmacy. The people there could not be nicer or more accommodating. There's a nice vibe of caring and competence. It's a neighborhood treasure!

Number one Mary the owner Alissa and Jess have such Valor and honor among them when taking care of and treating the patients with such compassion honesty integrity with a touch of class.I moved an hour and 45 minutes away yet my loyalty is not questioned after the horror stories of dealing with cvs rite aid etc. Never have I failed a drug test never my dog ate my meds never have issues in that department.Before I found EXTON PHARMACY AT MARCHWOOD I was belittled tied down to treated like a criminal and a junkie my brother Danny Dambrosio told me about this pharmacy years ago and I went there it was like finding a UNICORN TOTALLY LIKE HITTING THE LOTTERY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN AND ALWAYS WILL BE THE FUNDAMENTAL CORE ROOTS OF THEIR BELIEF AND THAT IS 100 PERCENT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THE LADIES MARY ALISSA AND JESS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY...AS A MAN AS A VETERAN I HAVE NEVER FELT SO HAPPY AND LOOK FORWARD TO MY MEDS BEING FILLED BECAUSE THE BEAUTIFUL KIND LADIES ESPECIALLY MARY ALWAYS HAVE A SMILE AND IF YKUR HAVING A BAD DAY THE 1 MINUTE YOU SPENS WITH THEM IM TELLING YOU WILL NAKE YOU SMILE I EVEN GOT BOTH MY COVID SHOTS THERE AT THIS LOCATION I WILL NEVER FORGET ALISSA SAYING WHILE I WAS IN DRIVE THROUGH HEY JOHNNY WE HAVE EXTRA COVID SHOTS COME ON IN GET ONE IF YOU HAVENT ON TOP OF THAT MARY ACTUALLY BOUGHT OUT OF HER OWN POCKET SHE WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED THE SMALLER NEEDLES NOT THE BUFFALO NEEDLES THE GOVERNMENT SENT SHE REALLY REALLY REALLY CARES ABIUT HER CLIENTS ALL THE WOMAN THERE DO PLUS I BELIEVE WOMAN ARE SMARTER THAN US MEN. I was disappointed when several months ago I asked to be put on their list for the COVID vaccine. I called and left a message and never received a call back. That was true for many of the places I did call. However, I moved closer and had need foe some specialty items and they were able to get them for me within 24 hours and at a price 25% lower than Amazon. Parking is easy and social distancing is definitely practiced here.

The service is both personal and professional - a rare combination these days. I've done business with them for years so it was an easy and reliable step to sign up for COVID vaccination. I was able to schedule the second one when the first was administered - lucky me - thanks!
