I just moved to the area from out of state. I came here and got about $200 worth of kitchen stuff, pots, pans, food storage etc. I ended up not using 3 of the about 10 containers I purchased. I attempted to return the 3 unused containers that still had tags, were still wrapped and all. I was denied the return and not even offered store credit. I told my husband and he replied that that was not store policy and texted me the return policy found on the website. I am a younger woman of colour and my husband is an older Caucasian man. He offered to take it back for me the following day when he was off work. He was able to make the return with no issues.... he knew he'd be able to return the containers with no issue because of who he is and while I doubted him and believed in the objectivity of the stores employees and their policy. Clearly I was wrong

I love this Marshall & Home goods. The cashier Mr. Al is so polite. I needed to stage a few rooms and the manager he is an ambassador to customer service, with style and class..This store is so well organized and staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable of their items. I will go the distance just because of the friendliness and great customer service.
Thank you,
Forever new customer

This review is strictly about the ladies restroom here. The store is like any Marshall’s/Homegoods BUT the condition of the restroom needs a addressing.
The bathroom is old and tired, considering the type of modern furnishings and fixtures that they sell they could do a better job regarding the aesthetics of this space. It literally looks like a gas station bathroom at a rest stop. There was so much grime, dust and it looks super aged.
Do better Homegoods!

Nice store, well stocked. Very clean and organized. (A lot of discount stores are usually a wreck from people tossing things around, not here) Things at good prices. Don't have a lot of Big & Tall though. There's some interesting gourmet food finds.

Favorite store in the area! Huge selection, clean, bright, and organized. They seem to get new items daily and the staff is always helpful.

I found some great deals on large plant pots. You have an excellent selection. We also found a new wok, juicer, coasters, cutlery and makeup mirror.
We'll be back !

The combination of the 2 stores makes it interesting; having a wide variety of clothing and home decor.

The manager is very rude! I believe the name is PAJ. I went to checkout a set of clothing which was attached (top and bottom set) I tried on the items and waited in line to pay but he realized the set was different size and implied that I did that myself. He also did not greet me when reaching the register. He then proceed to leave me at the register for 10 minutes alone and did whatever he needed to do in the back and came back refusing to let me purchase the item I found on THEIR floor for the price sticker it had on it . After he left me there for a while I made a comment about leaving me there for so long and he said “it is what it is” as a manger… super unprofessional and never apologized once. I would have been super understanding otherwise but his tone was unpleasant. I left the set there and left. Retail is hard but no need to take it out on customers.
