This is hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my entire life.I signed up for an annual membership. During the membership, I was not happy with the service bc they did not have enough female massage therapists and the male therapists were unprofessional as if they had walked off the street. I did not feel comfortable and went a few occasions to king of Prussia location instead. When it came time for the membership to expire, they told me that I was automatically signed up for auto renew and that I could not cancel auto renew unless I signed a paper in front of the manager in person. I went to the exton location and filled out the required paperwork to not auto renew my membership but they told me I couldn’t get confirmation that day because it was too early and because a manager was not present. They said a manager would call me to confirm cancellation. Finally the manager Amanda O’Donnell called me and said they removed the auto renew. I could use my remaining credits through the next several months. When I went online to make an appointment, I got an error that my account was suspended. I called the office and they did not allow me to make an appointment or use my remaining credits until I made a payment. Again, confused bc I had paid through my membership and I still had unused credits.I understand giving people a hard time when they no longer want to use your service. What I did not expect was being robbed of the credits I still had to use and being lied to by the manager and the front desk regarding my account status. The times I called I spoke with Andrea and Adrianna at the front desk who were rude and unhelpful. The manager who told me I had credits and then suspended my account is Amanda O’Donnell. Please explain to me the message she sent me below and now my account is suspended and I cannot use my credits? This place is a joke. The front desk and management staff are a joke. You robbed me of my membership balance and you’re not a trustworthy establishment. No one should do business with people who refuse to let you out of an EXPIRED agreementGood morning, JasmineI wanted to reach out to you and let you know the auto renew was shut off for your account as requested. I have been a regular here for a bit and I must sing the praises of the staff. They are attentive and thoughtful. Booking is smooth, and cancelling or rescheduling has been easy when needed. The first time I booked here I happened to book with George for a massage and I have requested him everytime since. He is kind and caring, and creates a gentle environment. Through communication and his inquiry we've been able to address both long-term and short-term problem spots, and my overall quality of life is better for it.

Honestly i don’t know where to start, but I just gotta say that Gina is ahead of the game. She is so detailed , organized, an expert with skin knowledge and product knowledge. She is so kind and very helpful. During my facial she is the type of person who will make you feel so comfortable and so relaxed. She really cares about her clients and would make the experience so special. I walk out feeling amazing and soo relaxed. If you need help with direction and something to help you achieve your goals; she is the person to go to and will never fail you. Thank you Gina I will follow you and you very talented and intelligent woman.

Hello, We had an incident today with my appointment due to the illness of my massage therapist who collapsed and fainted during my massage, Mr. Bryce Adams collapsed to the floor, hitting his head on the door, blocking the exit. I was able to move him and call for help which came right away from the receptionist and another therapist. The receptionist immediately called 911 and they arrived quickly to help Mr. Adams who was very pale and diaphoretic. The other therapist and I (I am a nurse) were able to get him on to the table as he tried to stand. He was very faint each time he tried to stand. The staff were exceptional and responded well. Mr. Adams was obviously ill and they were concerned about their co worker. THe massage up to the point of Mr. Adams collapse was excellent, his approach was highly professional and individualized. And I felt it was making a difference on my upper back, the area that we had determined was the focus for today’s treatment.While it was very unusual, I felt safe and supported by all and I hope that Mr. Adams recovers quickly.Thank you.Eileen Sullivan-Marx

Had a facial with gina and it was so Amazing. I had big black heads in my face very visible she got them all out without leaving marks. The facial was amazing and she made it very comfortable. I rebooked with her.

Don’t come here. They, apparently, don’t need your business. I put in three requests for membership information over the course of a week and never heard back. I, also, put one in for another location and heard back almost immediately. Though a little further from me, they earned my business with great customer service.

Ariel, the manager, helped arrange a last minute massage for my mom while she was visiting for her birthday. Aside from that, she and her staff are always welcoming and kind. Everyone has such great personalities... I love just chatting with them when I'm in. Also, Danielle is a dream for facials!

Very nice franchise. It was clean and well stocked in the bathroom which has not been the case in two other M.E.s I"ve been to. The manager, Arielle was terrific. Very helpful and welcoming. My masseur was Bryce who I very highly recommend. He's one of the few therapists who performs Cranial Sacral massage and really helped me out with arthritis pain in my cervical discs. Excellent experience all together. Thank you all!

I have been going to this location for a little over a year and here are some takeaways!Lori is an amazing esthetician and I loved every facial I have received from her. She is so thoughtful and makes me feel comfortable.Jonathan is a phenomenal massage therapist! He made me feel comfortable throughout the session. He exudes such kind energy and created a very safe space for me.Last but not least, there has been some changes to management and I cannot be more pleased! :) If you have any questions about which service will work for you, I would not hesitate to contact the front desk who will be more than happy to answer your questions.I hope this helps!

I had a massage and microdermabrasion facial @ the Exton location. I knew when booking that it was pretty expensive, but I was treating myself. The massage was mediocre.The facial (this is my fault for not researching more) was crazy expensive for the 20 minute session- almost $200. I had no idea it was such a quick process and didn’t include an actual facial.The only way to pay a reasonable fee is to become a member… but the services were not something I was happy enough with to regularly attend- so it’s a real Catch 22. Ordinarily I wouldn’t write a review to complain- it’s not really my style- but on my way out the manager quite literally tsk’d me and said “well you’re certainly spending a pretty penny” while she took the membership placard and plopped it down in front of me. It was so aggressive. Will not be returning!

I’ve been a member here for awhile now and I love it! Booking is always so easy. The front desk staff are always helpful! I see Yanira for massages and she does a wonderful job. Place is always clean and relaxing. Highly recommend

My aesthetician Lori does a fantastic job! She always makes me feel beautiful, tells me the products she is using on my skin and doesn't rush through your appointment. I'd highly recommend her for any of your skin care needs.

The staff is so kind and friendly. All the staff members are very welcoming and if I could I rate a 10. The lady who I see is so caring and kind. I also have a learning disability and getting a massage helps me lose joints and to relax.

The massage portion was fabulous! That gets 5 stars. Scotty’s technique of stretching along with massage made for one of best massages ever had.However, only giving 4 stars bc of this issue: when I first got to the bldg (8:55am) there was a strong odor of Gas - immediately outside the front door and also inside the lobby. I notified the receptionist & told her to call the manager & also open the doors to vent out.I almost canceled my massage bc was very nervous of potential gas leak. The Only reason I did not cancel was bc I was told that smell had been going on for several days.

This is my favorite massage envy. I’ve been to all in this area and this is the only one with great front desk staff, good massages and staff that makes you feel comfortable as well as things to do in the area (walking on foot). Today I had Yanira, last time Scotty and my sister had Bryce. They were all really great and were some of the best I’ve had at massage envy. Yanira was really good for firm and Scotty for deep tissue. My sister said Bryce was very friendly and skilled as well. We will make this our regular spot.
