GET YOUR VACCINE AT THE PHARMACY!! MUCH FASTER AND BETTER. I HAVE NEVER WAIT AS LONG AS I AM NOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT THAT I MADE. EVEN IN THE HEIGHT OF COVID.

Both people that I interacted with were very friendly and efficient. True professionals. I would highly recommend their service.

All I needed was a doctors note to excuse my absence from school and they could not provide service even though I had an appointment. Do not come here. Huge waste of time.

Worst service. The board says you can check in no later than 10 mins after your scheduled appointment but the system would take your credit card etc and someone would just come out and tell you you are not checked in and argue endlessly that you were late and they have nothing to do with the sign. Not a situation good for a person who is sick and wants to be seen. Staff not friendly. The doctor even started asking patient for her condition before shutting the door complete( HIPAA violation)

Staff was great. In and out quickly. Unfortunately I went on vacation the next day and left my Rx at my house. I called the Minute Clinic and was told they don’t take out coming calls and are unable to refill any Rx. My only option was to go to another Minute Clinic. There are none where I’m at on vacation. Disappointing customer service.

Absolutely wonderful people. I reserved my appointment, was seen early, and was helped immediately. Both nurses who saw me were incredibly kind and incredibly efficient. Thank you!

I love CVS Minute Clinics in general, but my visit to this Exton location recently was exceptional. I was SO sick and 6 months pregnant, so extremely uncomfortable in all ways. Making my appointment with Minute Clinic was easy, taking minutes online. Both the intake nurse and nurse practitioner saw me promptly, and were extremely kind and straight forward. I got a quick diagnosis and they sent the prescription over to the pharmacy which was done in less than 5 minutes. Cost me nothing as well, medication included. I will always chose CVS Minute Clinic over my PCP office!

On 11/15/21 my husband needed a Rapid COVID-19 test done. We were not even 2 minutes late due to traffic. It says to pull up and we will be called and notified of instructions for entrance. We waited a few minutes. Then we hear a loud tapping on the driver side window. All too quickly instructions were uttered, to the point where my husband didn't even understand what was said. The nurse we saw was an older woman with gray hair and quite the attitude. We only then realized we used our last disposable masks the last time we were in the car. So I was trying to make-shift our infant daughters muslin blanket into a mask. The testing door opens again and we hear "you really need to come in NOW. You were already really late." So I explained that I was trying to make a mask for my husband because we didn't have one. She replies "Well I have one, so just come on hurry up."Once my husband returns to the car he's rather irritated because of how rude she was during the whole interaction. He even asked if she was OK and if she was having a rough day. I am not at all please with the services at this CVS and if I can help it, will never come back. Please either give this lady a vacation or a lesson on etiquette. I understand 2 minutes late is still late. But nothing goes to plan when you have an infant.

I was seen by Nurse Practitioner Danielle promptly, not two minutes after checking in. She couldn't have been nicer, very friendly and reassuring. I needed wax removed from my ears, and was quite anxious, as I had lost most of my hearing. Danielle completed the procedure in less than 10 minutes. It was painless and completely successful. I was totally satisfied with my experience with Danielle at the Exton CVS and highly recommend their Minute Clinic.

One of the worst experiences I have had with a medical \\\"professional.\\\" Complete disregard for privacy, asking questions about medical history in the waiting area while other patients were nearby as well as being spoken down to.

Online it says 0 wait time so I drag myself out of bed and get there and sign in only to be told other people signed in online (I live 3 minutes away) and now I have an hour wait. Of course the people in front of me aren’t even there yet but I still have to wait. There is nothing faster or more convenient about the minute clinic. I’ll be going to any of the urgent care clinics in the area if I need to go back in the future.

On 9/24/2019 I attempted to visit my local minute clinic in Lionville. As I entered the store I saw the nurse closing the room to see a patient. I got checked in at almost exactly 6:30. That is 1 hour before their closing time. I know this was the time because right after I got checked in I called my husband and the call log has that call as outgoing at 6:34 pm. So I wait. The screen says 24 minutes until I should be seen so I sit and I wait. As I wait I am watching the screen and it had been saying Dim, J in-Service. About 20 minutes later Dim, J gets switched with the next patient who is before me who was BAS, J. About another 5 or so minutes later around 6:50-6:55 the nurse, Donna Schaffer, comes out and says she probably won’t be able to get to me tonight because the patient is taking longer than she thought it would. Personally I thought that was ridiculous. I had gotten checked in and had been waiting about a half hour and now I’m being told I can’t be seen. If this nurse had said something sooner I would have been able to still make an appointment with my primary care doctor but because she didn’t that was not an option and I was in a lot of pain due to the sinus infection I later was able to be diagnosed with. So I could not drive myself anywhere. So I continued to wait thinking surely if this patient is finished before their closing time I will be seen. So I wait another 25 minutes. 7:15 this patient is done and I think “finally I can be seen and get these antibiotics that I need” but no. This nurse closed on me. Refused to see me. Flat out lied to me and told me I wasn’t checked in until 7. That made me mad because she had come out a little before 7 saying she couldn’t see me. But I feel it is a horrific business practice to let someone get checked in and wait more than 30 minutes and then be told they have to go elsewhere or come back another day. That is just plain disrespectful of a clients time. I will never go back to a minute clinic after this. I will never bring my family to one either. They have lost what used to be a loyal customer. And on a last note, as a prior patient I know it takes about 15-20 or so minutes to fill out a patients chart. The fact that it started as the one patients name and then flipped to the other patients name leads me to believe the reason it took this nurse 50 minutes with that first patient was because she was so inept that she was filling out the wrong chart and didn’t discover her mistake until the patient had to sign their name. All in all horrendous experience, terrible customer service, a flippant lack of caring for a sick patient, and a just plain rude nurse who doesn’t appear capable of doing her job accurately or efficiently. I dearly hope MC will look into the reason behind that oddly long visit and the patient screen flip because something was clearly wrong their. And I also hope for future clients sake that MC changes their policy so that any patient who has been checked in before their cut off time is able to be seen and not shunned and pushed out the door as I was.
