The teachers here seem disengaged and disconnected from their work, and sadly, that reflects directly on the children. But what’s even more troubling is the behavior of the director lady — arrogant, unprofessional, super racist and shockingly disrespectful. Her attitude toward parents was not only dismissive but, at times, outright hostile.
We experienced what no family should: yelling, lack of basic courtesy, and even signs of discriminatory behavior. It became crystal clear that someone like her has no place in the childcare profession.
Withdrawing our child from this center and switching to another childcare facility in Exton was the best decision we made. The contrast in care, communication, and respect was night and day.
If you value respect, professionalism, and a nurturing environment for your child — stay far away from this place.

I love the teachers at North Exton KinderCare! They are friendly, enthusiastic, and caring. I have been happy with each teacher my son has had in his years at KinderCare. It's a personalized experience, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

We’ve had a wonderful experience at KinderCare! The staff is incredibly caring, professional, and attentive to every child’s needs. From the very first day, they made our baby feel safe and loved, which gave us peace of mind as parents. The facility is clean, well-organized, and filled with engaging activities that support learning and development. We truly appreciate the regular updates and photos that keep us connected throughout the day. Couldn’t ask for a better place for our little one to grow and thrive!

We have been consistently impressed by the level of care and attention provided by the teachers and staff at North Exton Kindercare. My son adores Ms Renee who encourages kids to be creative with her interactive learning approach. The facility is safe and well- maintained and play areas are well equiped with age- appropriate toys. Highly recommed this daycare to any parent seeking a safe and enriching environment for their child.

We had to make a change in my daughters daycare right after her 2nd birthday. It was really a tough transition but the staff here were very helpful. Ms. Lisa definitely helped my daughter feel very comfortable & she is one of my daughters favorites. Ms. Piki is another teacher that made a lot of my stress go away in those beginning days. My daughter would come home & talk about Ms. Piki & how she likes her. At drop off Ms. Piki would come over & make my daughter feel comfortable being there & distractions to help me out the door smoother. So far this change has been a nice transition & i am glad I chose this daycare for my daughter. Ms. Kelly is also another great addition here at the school. You can tell she actually cares for the children. She also helps reassure my daughter that they will have fun throughout the days. Ms Kelly also made sure in those beginning days to update me frequently on the app. Overall no complaints for this daycare & will recommend to other families that are looking.

I have been bringing my daughter here for daycare since she was 3 months old and can't imagine taking her anywhere else. From introducing foods in the infant room to helping with potty training in the toddler room, the teachers here have been such a joy to work with. My daughter loves seeing Ms. Kelly and Ms. Piki everyday and looks forward to going to school. We get many updates throughout the day to give us peace of mind and so we can see how much fun the kids are having. Highly recommend for all ages of care!

Sending my firstborn baby to daycare starting at 4 months brought so much anxiety and fear. From the first day, the excellent site communication and compassionate teachers at Kindercare have made my son/family feel safe and at home. It is delightful to see the daily updates on my son and watch him smile at his teachers and friends when I come to pick him up. We are so grateful to have found KinderCare and highly recommend it for anyone seeking quality childcare.

I'm so impressed with Kindercare! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and nurturing environment for my child to thrive.
From the moment I drop off my little one, I know they're in good hands. The staff are attentive, engaging, and truly care about each child's well-being and development. The facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained, with plenty of opportunities for learning and play.

North Exton KinderCare has been a lifesaver as I transitioned from a stay at home mom to working full-time. It was difficult for me to have 2 of my children in childcare, but the teachers and director have been great. We receive numerous updates throughout the day with pictures about our little ones and are immediately notified regarding important topics. My husband and I truly feel our children are safe and well cared for at North Exton KinderCare.

We absolutely love North Exton Kindercare! Both our boys have teachers that are so caring and thoughtful! They spend lots of time outside on a large and beautiful playground with plenty of toys. I know my older son loves the toddler cars he gets to drive! They do fun arts and crafts and music activities! We also love all the summer activities they plan for the kids from animals to music performers to paw patrol coming to visit! It’s also so nice that meals and diapers are included! One less thing to worry about. Additionally, they are great at using the app, so I get regular status and pictures from my kiddos all day long. So happy and appreciative of our school and the teachers there!

I love love love this school the teachers go above and beyond. I have such great relationships with the teachers that have lasted past our kiddos being in their room. We also love the huge playground and there is plenty of space. The teachers are always doing creative activities and we love that it’s curriculum based!

Hi, my 3 year old daughter attended the Kindercare in Exton location in beginning of May 2023 and she really enjoys the class so far.Ms Renee, her teacher, is a wonderful teacher I’ve ever met. She cares for every single detail of my Jessica: she messaged me how much my daughter eat and drink, she give her more water when Jessica has a sore throat, she gives her the pillow to nap on to make her coughs get better.Thank you very much Ms. Renee, Stephanie, and many other teachers in the schools to care for Jessica.I’m strongly recommend the Kindercare in Exton location for any parents who wants the best care for their kids in their early ages. Thank you!

I have all 3 of my kids here. They have a lot of fun everyday and always are learning and being shown new things in ways that aren’t boring. Their classes are diverse and friendly. The continuous reports I get through the day make me feel better about where they are when out of my care.

The director is super racist and depressed. It shows. Such unhappiness in her . I’m sure it feels awful to have low self esteem.Definitely seek therapy especially when dealing with children.I took my daughter out of the daycare due to her behavior .

Putting my child into daycare during this pandemic was very scary for me but KinderCare worked with me the whole way through. While there was a few problems any daycare would have they still communicated with me very well through these situations. The teachers are great.I definitely recommend.
