All the employees were all so nice! Prices were beyond fantastic and the store had a very welcoming atmosphere.

Be careful when you do online order pick up. I ordered a workout bra top in white. I tried it out in the dressing room. And I found a makeup stain on it! I returned it right away. Make sure to check your items thoroughly before you leave the store. The employees were nice, the store was clean. But the price was ridiculous for old navy... especially during super cash week.

Good to go for fast refunds on online shopping, but their stock never seems to have the sizes I need to exchange. It's often messy, and some staff are great while others are aloof
