I'm only giving it a two star review because this place is very clean. I had a male tech. He was very nice, but his work was extremely messy, my nails ended up with many bumps and was not smoothed out, and not worth the price at all! I paid $120 for gel pedicure and powder nails. My friend called to confirm pricing after I left, and they said it costs $5-10 to remove the previous powder set I had on my hands (I've never heard of that before...) and apply a new set. Turns out they charged $15. That's not $5 - $10...that's $5 + $10...they even went back on their own words. Then when my friend encouraged me to go back and speak out about my nails, I did. The lady was not too happy that I came back, and she tried explaining the price and then took a the top layer off for the powder and smoothed it out a bit. It looks better, but it was still messy near the top of my nailbed. It's real shoddy work overall. She was also the one who did my toes for the gel pedicure, but was very aggressive during the filing stage. My skin is not the most sensitive, but the file kept cutting me and digging into the side of my skin by my toe because of her bad angling of the file. Overall, not a fan of this place. Luckily, they were clean. That's what earned them another star.

The cleanest nail salon ive ever seen!! Its so clean and their services are ON POINT! I feel like getting your nails done here makes them last so much longer than other places! It's definitely worth EVERY PENNY! Id rather pay more for quality of their work and their cleanliness rather than going to cheap places and having them chip in a day or worse getting a infection. So I definitely recommend!!! But they do go by appointments so its a MUST to ensure quality work!

People who work here are rude as ever. They are selective about taking clients based on what service they want. And your skin color

I have been here a couple of times. Shop appears very clean and well organized. I like the vibe of this place, very calming. Food Network and HGTV on the TVs, on mute so there isn't competing sounds. Music as well. Noodle the puppy to entertain you. Service by Jenny is professional.

Been here a handful of times. Not the friendliest but did a good enough job. I went today with my sister, who was born with a limb difference and only has one hand. Where all other nail salons she has been to only charge her half price (because it’s half the materials and half the time), On The Nail refused and demanded full payment even after we questioned it. I will NEVER return and hope anyone reading this does the same and decides to spend their money at a more accepting nail salon. $10 was more important than being inclusive to people with differences.

Jenny and Luke are the absolute best! Always accommodating and do the best manicures and pedicures. They are experts in their field. Their level of service is top notch; and my polish always lasts forever. Highly recommend to everyone man or woman.

I was a walk in, ready to make an appointment but was taken since there was NO one in the store. One might think they would try to get me as a regular, however they were rude, rushed and did a lousy job. Will stick to Nina Nails, I only went there because Nina was closed that day. Don't bother. They were also more expensive. Manicure only lasted a week, then chipped.

My nails look great! Nice owners, super chill environment, and an adorable in-shop pup (very calm and well-behaved) named Noodle! Nice relaxing experience. Thank you!
