We have consigned many items here and turned around and bought clothes there several times as well. I think they give a fair amount of money for the items we have consigned.

Have purchased and sold here, pricing on inventory is quite fair but you have to look for the deals. Selling items I was not impressed with the interaction and staff just seemed unexcited to be there or assisting.

Not only are half of people working in the store visibly high or overly medicated, they will take an entire bin of brand, new higher end children’s clothing as well as barely worn great condition Nike/adidas sneakers, tracksuits, etc. and try to give you $50 total for the entire giant bin when they’re going to sell the sneakers alone for $40, if they don’t set them aside for their own kids first.
But they also have the audacity to ask $10 for stuff that is sunbleached and has literal stains on it.
You are better off taking your time to sell on Poshmark.

Terrible experience selling here. Most of the clothes on their racks are dingy and should really be purged. I brought in two full totes of clothes only about a year old, some still with tags and well-known brand names. It was obvious they never even opened my totes, as everything was still packed exactly how I had placed it, including the brand-new tagged items. The only things they looked at were a few toys, for which they offered just $1-$1.50 each. Overall, extremely disappointing. Seller beware.

First, I have enjoyed this store as a parent because children outgrow their clothes so fast. As for selling here, not so pleased! I was rushing when I sold and I always get store credit to repurchase items so no problem. They other day it hit me, that my items were purchased for about $1 each INCLUDING a gently used bike seat. It was my fault for rushing but really...a bike seat?? I will absolutely be paying more attention to the buying price if I sell in the future. I've also had an instance where my clothes weren't purchased and I gave the same clothes to a friend to bring in to sell and they were purchased! Not sure if it's buyers discretion or what, but it was noted.

Like others have said, good for buying but bad for selling.
I traded in 3 like new condition high end brand pieces (LoveTo Dream, MagneticMe) plus 4 more worn carters pieces. They offered me $1 for each of them. The high end pieces cost $30-40 each new and the Carter’s ones in worse condition were maybe $10 new. I don’t understand how they decided they were all worth $1. Made no sense.
Buying you can get good deals if you’re willing to really sift through and hunt. A lot of the clothes you will notice have stains or tears if you don’t look carefully enough.

Great deals on kids clothes. Wish I knew about it sooner! Got 3 very nice striped short sleeve high quality shirts and a pair of jean shorts for my son for $11.

I was extremely upset when an older woman (staff) at this location spoke rudely to my young son while he was playing with a toy for a moment. To make matters worse, a separate interaction with the staff left me questioning if their actions were racially motivated.
Due to these experiences, I will not be returning to this location.
Ps staff should not be allowed to take to minors.

Disappointed. Inventory is overwhelmingly large but you have to wade through so many visibly dirty and abused items that I felt like I was at a thrift store-not a “gently used children’s resale”

While I unfortunately could not work here as I do enjoy this place very much and the ladies working in here are extremely nice and have always welcomed me with a smile usually. Seems like a very upbeat environment and I love that. Also the selling process is stress free. I do sometimes feel a little lowballed on certain items but they are always so kind and friendly to fix any issues. Definitely will always be buying my kids things from this store, plus the store manager is so nice and awesome!??☺?
