SHOP Dearship repairs before you go with their proposal, unless you are filthy rich!Last week I brought my Countryman to Mini West Chester in for inspection. the check engin was on)( Their $190 diagnostic indicated several issues, one being an exaust leak coming through the flex pipe. Their quote to replace and repair was $917. I called around and Red Run exaust in New Holland siad it would be around $200, already a HUGE difference! I dropped it off Sunday night and Monday afternoon it was completed.....THE FINAL COST $97!!!!!!THIS DEALERSHIP PRICE WAS ALMOST 10X!BOTTOM LINE IS; DEALERSHIPS MAKE THEIR $$$ ON SERVICE DEPTS TO THE EXTREME ON MANY OF THE ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE REPAIRED. They also give you a check list of recommended service that you can likley also have done elsewhere by a similarly qualified mechanic. Many BMW/higher end vehicle certified mechanics can be found elsewhere and are more affordable. DO your homework!They did do a nice job cleaning the car.

I brought our MINI for routine service and oil change. Service was good. They communicated through text messages and video clips throughout the process. The waiting area/ show room was nice.

I bought my first MINI this past weekend at Otto's and Michael Dixon was my salesman. I have bought many cars in my day and this was by far the best experience. Michael knows MINIs inside and out and he was quick to help me identify the best fit for me on the lot. I brought my son with me who is in the auto sales industry (and who has heard only good things about Otto's) and he too was impressed with Michael's responsiveness and efficiency in putting my deal together. He was fair with my trade-in, was nimble in figuring out the best finance option, and streamlined the entire purchase process. It was a smooth and Zen experience, as is driving my new MINI!

The whole experience with the service department is second to none. I have had my mini cooper’s serviced here for the last 10 years and the work has always been done quickly and properly. The loaner car program is a huge perk that very few dealerships seem to offer anymore . Otto’s is a 1st class operation

I bought my Mini countrymen at the Exton location. I was always impressed with how clean the garage was at Exton. I have now had my mini approximately eight years I continue to have my Countryman serviced at the new West Chester location.This year I have had two experiences with other dealerships that have truly highlighted the amazing customer service and experience at Otto’s MINI. The Springfield Hyundai had me me on hold for45 minutes trying to figure out if my daughter’s car was ready and left me to walk around the lot myself to find her car when I picked it up. When I took my Pole Star to Stillman Volvo, I couldn’t even figure out where the service department was because there was no signage, and there were just cars parked everywhere. I could not believe how crowded the dealership was and how stressed the staff seemed. It seemed that they gave everybody the same appointment times.I have always had pleasant interactions at Otto’s MINI, and I actually consider it fun to roll up to the overhead doors and to know exactly where I am going because there is good signage. The staff are always ready to greet you when you arrive and even if they do have to ask you to wait a couple minutes they acknowledge you immediately.

I felt like Ottos Mini dealership was less than enthusiastic about selling a car. It was almost like I was a bother. My gut instinct tells me to stay away. Allentown Mini howev was more than happy to have my business!

I just got my first Mini (Countryman) at Otto's a week ago, after searching through many dealers. I absolutely love it! Mr. Dixon went above and beyond to help me get the Mini I wanted. It was a great price and in great condition. He made it a very smooth transaction. We really appreciated his help! We will definitely recommend him and Otto's.

Friendly staff at check in and check out. Service advisor Preston kept me constantly updated on my car's status and worked w/the warranty company to get things covered/a lower deductible. Loved the 5mins video of my car's inspection!

I've attempted to call the parts department several times with no answer. Not even a call back whenever I leave a voicemail with my number. I am simply just trying to acquire parts.

Atrocious phone service. Virtually impossible to get through to the Service Dept, when car couldn't be driven. Then they don't return the call, unless you threaten to contact the owner. Always very short on loaner cars. Very expensive. Too bad it's the only one in the area. It's easy to buy the car but good luck getting service. I had to pay hundreds to rent a car while my Mini with 45,000 miles suddenly wouldn't start.In response to the owner's response to me below: thank you, but my comments still stand: mechanical breakdown at 45,000 miles, I had to pay $400. to rent a car when there was no loaner, and I could not reach Otto's Service Department for days on end to speed things up, with no one returning my calls until I went up the ladder to complain in an irate state. It's supposed to be a luxury car, but I'd expect better even from a Chevy. The mini is a beautiful car no question, but it shouldn't come along with the type of frustration described above.

I experienced stellar customer service from my account rep, Preston! This man understands customer service on the level not often seen during these times. I am so appreciative. Preston and the entire team at Otto's made my experience outstanding! So this is what concierge service is like - beautiful job!
