When I first walked in , which we were only there for my wife to get an eye exam I was warmly greeted by Maneesha who may be new at Pearle Vision but to customer attention! Next I wondered around found glasses but didn’t have my prescription, no problem Gail the Manager stepped in and helped me extract it from Lenses-crafters (double the price of Pearle ) and made my process seamless and started fixing my current pair while I was being fitted. Well I saw Maneesha having a little trouble with the computer and it was the first time she showed signs of just starting …. But here comes Courtney to the rescue , clearly an experienced professional. In my company we say “teamwork makes the dream work !! Kudos to Gail and her team !!

I have been buying frames from Pearle Vision for years, but had never been seen before by Dr. Lim until recently and I regret waiting so long to do so. She was incredibly friendly and professional, and Courtney was so kind and helpful as always. Highly, highly recommend!

They all ensured that I got what I wanted without any wait time. They were courteous and were helpful. It was an amazing experience....

Great location with very knowledgeable staff and a friendly environment. I had a lot of questions that were all answered and the service while performing my eye exam was top tier. Highly recommend.

I'm very happy with the customer experience from Gail and her team at Pearle Vision! While ordering my glasses, Gail was so patient and answered all questions fully. She walked me through the different options I had through my insurance and helped me to understand it all. When I received my glasses, they had a defect and were slightly warped. Gail attempted to fix the issue, but when they were still warped she said she was going to reorder them - no hassle and no questions asked. Gail made it so easy and painless to fix the issue, and I'm so happy with my new glasses! I will definitely be coming back again for glasses in the future!

Courtney was a big help in picking out my frames. I love how courteous and genuine she is! I placed the order on Thursday before the holiday weekend and got the call my glasses were ready on Tuesday! I had expected a delay, but not so! Quick service and though I am still getting used to them, so far so good!

I first called and spoke to Dr. Angelina and then went in and Courtney helped me select my new glasses. She listened to everything I did not like about my old glasses (the bridge, temple and temple tip). We found the perfect pair for comfort and to compliment my face! May wear them more than my contacts now! My husband is going in next for his glasses!

If I could deliver greater than five stars I would because I was delivered greater than five star service!
The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. I had a rather unique problem with a pair of glasses that I thought I had purchased at the store but in fact, did not. Gail, the store manager, and her staff were not deterred. They quickly solved my problem and in the process gained a customer for life. The store is well located, it is welcoming and clean. There is a very large supply of frames but it's the experience and professionalism of the staff that makes all the difference. I highly recommend this Pearle Vision because there, you're a person, not a dollar sign.
