They need more people in the mechanic shop, the waiting time is a little longer than other places. Also, the prices are very high and it feels abusive.

Brandon Koglin was my service manager. He was extremely polite. He was professional and efficient. I was grateful that he had proper quality tires in stock. He squeezed me into the schedule go it done by 3 pm on Sunday. I respectfully give him a perfect 10!

I brought my car into the Exton Pep Boys as I am new to the area to have my tire plugged and they did an excellent job with fixing my tire and putting the donut back under my vehicle and putting all the stuff back in the compartment area. Brandon was very polite and professional with me. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles back to that Pep Boys. Thank you all for the great service. Rick Buckley

If I could 0 stars I would …. I went in the other day telling them my left rear tire was losing air, they told me it was my front left instead, charged me two front new tires, did nothing to my back left tire, and wouldn’t you know it my left rear tire was still messed up the following day, so when I took it for a second opinion the left rear DID indeed had a leak that Pep Boys missed (after they assured me I was SAFE to drive, they put my life and my moms life in danger!) at the store, Mark, was arguing with me when I told him my tire was still messed up, I will never go to another Pep Boys again.

Pep Boys replaced 4 tires for me in a recent visit, prices were best around with promotions. I came back about a month later for an alignment. Their regular price was lower than all the other services centers I checked with. I'm very happy with the prices and service level. I will definitely use them in the future!

I had something simple for them to check and they had to put it on the lift. Gave it a temperature fix and said bring it back to fix when I had time to leave it. No charge!
