I had the worst service from Avery specifically. I came to open an account. The service was started. She steps in and tells the rep he could not finish because they were closing soon. Then they ask me if I want to come back after making an appointment. They basically pushed business out the door. Meanwhile when I leave there are other people in there still being serviced. This was horrible service and I will never bank with this company as a result.

If I can give a 0 I would . This is by far the worst experience I’ve had dealing with pnc . Came in on my lunch break to cash my check . 1st I can’t give you 100s because I need to save for the week . Isn’t it first come first serve ? I’ve been to plenty of pnc as I have banked with them since 2013 and I’ve never have got such an excuse . 2nd now they have to verify to cash it because supposedly you’re supposed to have more than 5 days after the last deposit to cash a check . Since when ? So now I’m here sitting waiting 20 min into my lunch break . Way to go pnc … kuddos to you guys . Every year

Worst customer service. I stood in line for 20 minutes to be asked condescendingly if the two checks that were made out to cash belonged to me as if I had just found them on the street. These idiots really don't know the basics and are rude to boot.

Went in to get cash the tellers told me to go to the Mac machine. I told them I needed specific dollars and they said I can request it there. Well now I have to find time to exchange 20s for 1s and 5s.

Great experience at PNC in Exton. Vanessa the relationship banker is very knowledgeable, patient and very personable. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and in a professional way. Definitely recommend !

This place is horrible. One teller for both the lobby and the drive thru. I’ve been in line for also 25 minutes. Painful!

Just walked in to open up a checking account and they told me they were busy with appointments and couldnt see me today? When does a bank not make time to open a new account? I find this bizarre as banks want new business.
