Went there through class pass and it was a really great experience and really tough. You be sure you are getting a quick but super effective workout. The facilities are really nice and the owner was very welcoming.

Chris is awesome and really takes the time to make sure you’re doing all of the exercises correctly and safely to maximize your workout. Classes are varied so you get a little bit of everything. The music is great and the gym is such a cool space and feels very clean. Everyone at the gym is awesome too, there’s such a team spirit that helps keep you going!

The Pound For Pound Gym has been a great place for me to get back in shape. Chris Hopson is a great instructor and I would highly recommend this gym to anyone interested in improving their fitness. Excellent experience so far!!

Great place! Owned and operated by a former personal trainer, which was very obvious during the class as he tailored workouts specifically to what people needed. Lunchtime class time is convenient. Looking forward to going back.

Join, it's worth it. Does a perfect job combining getting every style workout in (strength, METCON, HIiT etc.). Also splits into lower body and upper body as well to get the all around work in. Really enjoy the boxing focused workouts too.

By far the best fitness class I've done. The workouts are great and challenging. Chris, the trainer, knows a ton when it comes to fitness/exercise routines and is always there to help out. Nice and clean training area. No prior boxing experience before starting.

Pound for Pound is great for anyone looking to spice up their exercise routine. You are guaranteed to leave sweating. Chris is a great trainer who changes the workouts every day. Definitely recommend trying it out using the $7 for 7 days of classes deal. I’m hooked!

My experience at P4P has been incredible. Having done everything from PF to CrossFit, P4P is a great mix of everything (HIIT, boxing, etc). Chris is experienced and actually pays attention to ensure you are doing things the right way. There hasn’t been a session that hasn’t felt like a personal training session because Chris does custom workouts tailored to the individuals in the class. Just show up. Do it.

Very clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Chris does a great job tailoring his classes to his clients needs, and keeps the routines new and exciting. Memberships, drop-in's, and trials are super affordable as well!
