We’ve sent all 3 of our kids here, and love it! Teachers are warm and kind, curriculum is thorough, administration is thoughtful, and their provision of food and diapers really makes our life easier. They go above and beyond with special events, food nights, and special days for the kids!

We like that Primrose has a very good curriculum for our son. He has been thriving here. We started when he was 1 year old for the social aspect and only 3 days a week. The 2nd day there he was walking around trying to keep up with his new friends. They have full-time and part-time options. There is a monthly tutiton that is similar but a little higher than surrounding daycares but it is well worth it!! We knew after a few daycare tours that this was the one for us. It is secure and during our tour they did not let me go in the classroom with the other kids because they did not want to disturb their learning. We viewed through a window. That was great now that I think about it!! There was an orientation day for just parents and then one for families to meet his teachers once we formally became Primrose Parents. There is some turn a round in supporting staff but the main teachers are pretty stable throughout the year but I think that is at any daycare. We enjoy that there are 3 organic prepared meals and a snack prepared by a chef daily. The teachers are loving and kind towards our son. All the teachers know him. I feel that he is safe and cared for when we leave him in his teachers' care. He runs to them in the mornings for hugs and wants to stay a little longer when we pick him up after work. As a parent that feels great because he likes going there. The facility is clean and conducive to learning for each age group. Everything is their size even their sink, it's so cute. I like the concept of them providing freshly prepared healthy meals, diapers, and drink for him daily. We just have to drop him off. The teachers also ensure to give him appropriate cuts of food for his age, they helped us in this aspect as well. I was truly hesitate about daycare and leaving my only kid in someone else's care but I have no hesitation in recommending Primrose of Exton. They also like to keep the parents involved. There are meet-ups for parents/families, fun socials, Top Golf parent kick-off, Trunk or Treat, Egg Hunts, Danca-a-thons, dress-up days, book fairs, adventure summers for older kids, parents read to students, newsletter/calendar every week to know what your kids are doing, and a secured app that shows you exactly what they do everyday with a few photos. I was on the Primrose Parent Committee and all concerns that we brought up where addressed promptly with grace. They also do voluntary fundraisers throughout the year to benefit varying foundations and/ or teacher appreciation. We have enjoyed our time with Primrose and plan to keep our son in their program for as long as possible. He is almost 2 now and still loves it!!

Writing this review after seeing difference in my child from different child center.
I joined my son when he is 2 year old within 3 months he stopped talking at home and started pointing things. Before joining here he use to talk a lot . I brought this concern to class teacher. In Feb they started registering for next academic year that time I went and talked to director of the school about this concern the answer I got from her is “ I am not his class teacher go and talk to them everybody in his class talks it is him not talking” with this answer thought not to register next year.
I am really happy now for taking decision to pull him out from school.
One thing I don’t understand each child is different it’s your responsibility to make them understand and teach, not make them get demotivate and discourage kid.
Why I am writing this review today is to let you know it’s not child fault. It is problem with your way of approaching him.
Imagine a talking kid. Suddenly stopped talking and pointing things doing actions to express shame on you for your answer to parent concern.

Primrose is the best place for childcare! We absolutely love the staff—they are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the children. My son started here as an early toddler, and from day one, he’s been having an amazing time. It’s heartwarming to see how excited he is to go every day! The environment is nurturing, and the activities are thoughtfully designed to help the kids learn and grow while having fun. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Primrose to any parent looking for exceptional childcare.

When we moved to the West Chester area this summer our biggest concern was our 2 year old as she loved her old daycare. We started with an inhome that didn’t work out and were discouraged but then found Primrose. From the beginning Ms Brittney and Ms Linda were loving and patient to allow Rae to acclimate. Now she runs in to hug Ms Linda and start her day! We love how much she learns, her opportunity to try new things, and the meal plans are wonderful. I also love the multiple daily updates with photos they provide. Security is also top notch, so I feel safe sending her. I highly recommend!

The Primrose School of Exton has been a great school for my two kids. We were previously at another daycare in which my son didn’t thrive in and we sought out for a place where he would learn and grow. We found this school through a friend of ours and toured it. We loved the layout and the curriculum being offered at the school.
From the moment we stepped foot into the center, we were welcomed with open arms by the caring staff and inviting atmosphere. The emphasis on caring for the kids is evident in every aspect of the daycare, from the warm greetings at drop-off to the individual attention each child receives throughout the day.
One of the standout features of this daycare center is the incredible curriculum they offer. The educational activities and programs are thoughtfully designed to engage and stimulate young minds, providing a perfect balance of learning and play. My children come home excited to share what they've learned, and I am continually impressed by their growth and development under the guidance of the dedicated teachers.
The overall environment at the daycare center is simply wonderful. The facilities are clean, safe, and equipped with everything children need to thrive. The classroom designs, outdoor play areas, and enriching resources create a nurturing space where kids can explore, create, and imagine. It's clear that the center is designed with the well-being and happiness of the children in mind. Another bonus part is the healthy diet balance in the food they give the children. We once had an opportunity to partake of the food made by their chef during their open house and oh my was the food so delicious and a healthy balance. Once knew my kids would be eating well too.
Most importantly, the teachers at this daycare center are not just educators but also caring mentors who genuinely love what they do. Their friendly and nurturing approach creates a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters confidence and independence in the children. My kids have developed strong bonds with their teachers and always look forward to going to school each day.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend this daycare center highly enough. My son has moved on to the school district but is always excited to see his old teachers when picking up his younger sister. The combination of caring staff, great curriculum, and overall positive environment makes it a truly exceptional place for kids to learn, grow, and thrive. I am grateful to have found such a wonderful daycare center for my children.

We just started our 4 month old at Primrose Exton and it has been nothing short of amazing. From day one, the entire staff welcomed us with open arms, checked in constantly, and just really reassured us as parents that our child was cared for, loved, and in great hands. The emotional empathy all the staff has truly made this transition back to work so much better than expected. We love Primrose!

We’ve been with Primrose of Exton since they opened their doors and we’ve had such a wonderful experience! Both our sons look forward to coming to school each day and the amount they’ve grown, both developmentally and socially, is amazing to see. The teachers and staff are warm and loving and truly provide the best care!

As first time parents who toured nearly every facility in the area, Primrose School of Exton was the place we felt most comfortable for infant care. The leadership team was welcoming from our very first interactions and continues to be now - 6 months later. The building is safe and always extremely clean which were priorities for us. The teachers have loved our little one from day one and we had zero hesitations about re-enrolling for next year!

We LOVE Primrose Exton! We started here with one child in 2023 and everyone is amazing. The admin are so kind and friendly and always available if help is needed. The building is very nice and everything is cleaned daily. They have lots of outdoor space with playgrounds also.
The teachers are incredible and know my child and care for her like their own. She has learned so much while being there and loves going to school every day! The structure is perfect for her age group and they have a solid curriculum that engages all children based on their age and abilities.
