They lost a package worth $700 and take non responsibility and offered no help to find it. "It is definitely not here is all I got." No slip no service is basically what I got from the guy. His smug attitude is always present. They are not helpful. I know the Exton post office is often crowded, but go there instead.

I never write reviews but felt that I had the worst customer service experience here. The male employee was very rude and unprofessional towards me and would not explain what I needed for shipping, but instead was belittling and had a cocky attitude. Would NOT recommend.

I had such a phenomenal experience at this place. All the staff is AMAZING!!! Today’s experience was with Joy, an awesome person!! They are so incredibly helpful!!! Support this business!!They are super!!
